    See my review for the Simple Mobile SIM kit. I'm very upset. ... even Best Buy doesn't want to refund, so forget about Simple Mobile and also Best Buy. Sayonara both!!!

    Second month with this Mobile Company and the connection is not very good most of time data did not even kick in feel this was a waste of money

    Simple Mobile has the worst Customer Service and their Network is Inadequate!! They don't honor their products. The calling card was bought less then 24hrs and was not able to be used on the account because of their network!! Which means you wait upto 72 hrs.

    I'm would not recommend Simple Mobile to anyone... You can't use data on the cell phone because the internet connection is horrid. Not enough T-Mobile phone towers to merit selling prepaid phones and actually expect to get service. Highly disappointed... Discontinued use....
