Clear image, easy to set up. . .

The camera is so simple to get connected to your existing simplisafe system. We love having it to make sure our dog is okay through out the day. You can hear what is going on, and you have the option to speak back through the camera. We have on on our front porch (same model) and have used it to talk to the Amazon person before.

It is a decent camera for the cost. Wish it was color and that you didn't have to pay extra per month for storage and alarm recording.

Works exactly as advertised - small delay/lag but good quality image and simple setup.

I got this camera while it was on sale and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the video and the ability to communicate through the integrated audio features. It's been working great and I plan to purchase a grw more.

This camera was free with the SimpliSafe security system so I took it with no real plans of using it. I didn't have high hopes in terms of video quality, but I was impressed! I install DLink cameras for small businesses and this camera is much better quality. I now use it for a nursery camera. I don't have a recording plan but can still watch the video in real time so it's perfect to watch over the crib when needed.

There is a short delay in connecting with these cameras from remote access but overall they work fine and have good picture quality. They do need a fair amount of light to kick into color mode vs black and white. I wish they were available in white or some other color.

the video is clear. it's easy to set up and use. I don't know why there is a light on the front that blinks when it is activated. there is no hiding it. the worst part is at night it lights up the room

My daughter added the camera to her system as an extra measure, so we gave it a try. Easy to set up, even with an original SimpliSafe system. The key fob I got at the same time would not work with the older system. Great range. Covers the main area of the house. Bad guys will not be able to avoid video coverage if they break in, day or night. Highly recommended addition to your system.
