This camera won't work, or that camera won't work, or the base station doesn't connect quite right. They try to help, but their inevitable solution is to take down and pack up the whole system and bring it back. Well I've done it twice now and this camera works fine for a hour, but then it won't connect again. Compared to Vivint and Frontpoint this is a diy and doesn't require monitoring. Kinda it's only selling points otherwise you might as well get ADT.
