I remember watching this movie with my grandmother when I was younger. Now that I am much older, I can see the movie is beyond song and dance. It is about the time period of silent movies ending and sound becoming popular with the public.

Bought one copy for myself and watched it with my 7 year old niece. She loved it so much that we got another copy for her birthday.

An all-time classic that should be in every film buff's collection - then you get it on Blu-Ray, and it just doesn't get any better than that! Please treat yourself and add this great title!

My boyfriend who never had seen a old movie before, lovvvved this movie be ause it has modern humorous elements and it's one of my favorite older movies there is because of the pure entertainment value.

I have always enjoyed the old musicals and the old Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly movies. The dancing does not get any better. Anyone who feels the same should definitely see this movie.

if u like musicals, then this is one of the most popular musicals of them all. kelly delivers an iconic performace, as does debbie and donald.

A lot of classic movies look fake when they get upgraded to Blu Ray, but whoever did this job should work for every studio. Everything is clear and bright, but without "upscaling" that tries to make it look more modern. The whole look and feel of the original is preserved, and looks and sounds crisp.

One of my family's favorite movies. A true classic...MGM at it's finest.
