We had an older wall oven that needed replacing, so we purchased a replacement online. When the installation date drew near, the installer called to confirm the day before. On the day of installation, he called 30 minutes before arriving. The installation was seamless...he brought in the new appliance, removed the old oven and installed the new one. Installation was efficient and very neat. Everything was removed and cleaned up. He answered all our questions and invited us to contact him if we had any other questions or issues. A Rare Find!

The microwave is nice and good looking, and has been working well for almost 2 years, until for approximately the last 4 months, when opening the door is becoming impossible, so we stopped using the microwave. Eventually, we contacted Best Buy and they recommended to contact the manufacturer. Currently, we found out that by inserting a wooden ruler under the hinge.

Did a good installation job but the crew was unaware that the oven was supposed to come with two rolling racks instead of one rolling rack and a flat rack. That information was easily found on the manufacture’s website. As a result, I was forced to call my Best Buy Advisor (Matt Nelson) who got the issue resolved right away.

I was hoping to like the is microwave more than I do. Seems to take more time to cook than my previous 20 yr old version. I’ve not had tremendous results with the convection feature, but it’s OK. Installed it with the surround very easily myself into a built in. Looks very nice along with my new Kitchenaid wall oven.

Whirlpool Wall Oven installation. Irving but totally satisfied with the installation of our Whirlpool wall oven. The installers were so professional, wore their masks and made us feel so comfortable with their degree of knowledge of the oven installation process. Having a mid century home we are always concerned that installation of new iridycts can cause anxiety so it was comforting g to know there were no issues with this installation. Great job!! Loved these installers!

The installers were extremely careful taking out our old oven and taking it with them. They did an excellent job securing the new single 27 inch Viking wall oven (which replaced a double oven) and building the shelf for the new oven. They took their time to make sure that it was properly installed (the old oven had never been screwed into the cabinet). The installers were very professional and it was a pleasure having them in our home. The clock was installed and everything was explained to us about the first usage, etc. Very good experience with the installers.

I had to reschedule a couple of times because the first time they came in and said I had to make a wider cut (drew it on the cabinet) to the cabinet and then the second person said the cut was bad. I had to pay someone to fix their wrong instructions twice.The oven was not installed in straight.

A plastic ziptie holding the bottom rack was left in place that we didn't see and some melted to the bottom of the oven. My guess is the installation team didn't see it either. I was able to pick almost all of it off later.

Installation was not smooth. Old oven glass door shattered all over the kitchen and path to the truck. Cabinet required removing a piece of the cabinet but we had checked the dimensions when I bought the oven. Door seems to stick, trim at bottom not installed. I wonder if the install is correct. Have not contacted Customer Service but will do that.

Love the oven and it is very easy to clean. It has two cleaning features- one is a quick steam clean in 10 minutes the second is a four hour high heat clean which did an awesome job at burning off all the grease - looks like new

the installation team was very helpful but I was very surprised to find oiut that the hood did not include the 2 bulbs it requires.... a $10 total additional cost should be included in the purchase =( I bought the bulbs and now I need to find someone to install because I need a special tool otherwise. not great but I still love it

Jake is the best installer ever! He has installed all of my appliances and he has gone above and beyond in every installation. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous and friendly. I had some problems with returns and rescheduling and Jake jumped in (even interrupting his vacation) and made sure everything went smoothly. Best Buy is blessed to have Jake as an installer and if I ever need another installation I will INSIST on Jake!

Very professional contractors installed my oven. The bottom trim piece wasn’t included in the box and he noted to Best Buy to send on his iPad. I did have to call again also before receiving but that wasn’t contractors fault. He took time to install correctly and then explained the procedure to me if we wanted to set the trim when received or to call and he would come back to install. Cleaned up floor well also after installation.

The person who installed it did a very fine job. He needed to make an opening that was to large for the microwave, smaller by adding a piece of wood facing. He did an excellent job. It is not noticeable at all. He also had to do a little rewiring because the oven came without a plug and there was an outlet present. So, he had to remove the outlet and and connect the wires. (I don't know the technical term for that.)

The GE Profile wall microwave is pretty impressive. Had it installed in July, but the trim kit was back ordered and wasn't available til recently. It looks so nice on the wall above my oven. The microwave itself is much larger inside than expected - larger than my old one. It has been working very well - we are pleased with it.l

Installer was a pro. Subcontracted to install. Came to my house on time. Protected floors and used wheels to take out the old and bring in the new. Discovered and pointed out code violations when old oven removed. Fixed them on the spot! ( electrical). The had a dimension mismatch. Old 30 inch was wider than new 30 inch! Did the handyman work to create a perfect fit! ( actually did woodwork on the spot). really much better experience than expected. Install/delivery appliance nightmares abound. This was the opposite. I was pleasantly shocked!

I am pleased so far with the oven which has baked items perfectly. I had a Miele oven similar for 20 years which I replaced. I am hoping the workmanship is the same. That oven was still functioning and I liked the Convection as well as with the newer Miele. More features added to this oven and at first difficult to figure out how to use it but once I determined how to use it, I enjoyed the ease of just pushing a button.

So far it’s working well; looks great. While height and length measurements were checked prior to order, some inside wires and an outlet box in the wall cabinet required some unexpected adjustments to facilitate fit. Momentarily alarming, but installer and husband handled. Worth noting…check interior measurements

Review of installation service by Josh and Wayne from Jatz. Professional, kind and thorough. Completed the uninstall of old oven, installed new one, and hauled away. When they found parts missing for installation, went to local hardware store to get them. Noticed an issue with the oven door & alerted us of it. Great service!
