Did a good job installing the oven although they were late on the appointment. that was a bit annoying but they did a great job and were pleasant a courteous. subtracted a star for not being on time, showing up at 6 pm.

Great microwave, the second time around. Bought this to replace anither GE microwave that decided to start sparking about obe month after the warrenty expired.

Magnificent coordination from Jessie to accomplish complex multi-appliance delivery and installation. Victor and his install team were quick and professional. Appreciated David visit and oversight. Korky, BB sales associate, was pleasant and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for better team effort!!! Wife is enjoying the new oven and refrigerator immensely:)

Would have given 5 but the oven was a little smaller than the cut out and they couldn’t do the work to build it up so I had to take more time and more money to get that fixed

They were a little late but very respectful. They cut a braided copper wire as part of the install and the sewing needle like strands were all over the floor and kitchen surfaces - very dangerous. It appeared to be a mistake but could have gotten into food or stuck someone.

I've been using my KitchenAid wall oven for over a month now and absolutely love it. I like that I can put one rack at the very top of the oven to get it out of the way. The rack that has a stabilizing attachment makes it easy to get heavy pans in and out. It cooks with even temperature and is accurate. The timer is accurate. Easy to use. I would definitely recommend this 30" oven

This is a beautiful looking wall oven. Unfortunately they did not get the design correct. The venting at the bottom of the oven warms up my kitchen extremely. I have to say I have a small kitchen. I’m not sure what they were thinking. Bummed and have to deal with it for the next 15 years. I have had a decor wall oven for 20 years and loved it. Changed it out because a part wasn’t available any longer.

The crew sent was excellent once they got here. The problem was they were supposed to be here between 12 and 2 . Then called to be 2 and 4. Then finally arrived at 9 pm.

Shout out to Jordan, Nick & Jason of Precision Appliance Installation. Jordan is a pro and knows what he is doing. Nick & Jason are great helpers and made sure I got all my paperwork and cleaned my product after install. Called me ahead of their arrival, punctual, polite, answered all of my lame questions :-) and cleaned up. Great work guys. Really appreciate your service.

The installation crew got the job done and even showed me how to use the oven settings. But I had to ask a more few basic questions to my satisfaction. I would give this 5 stars but it's a little pricey for what they did and paid extra to take away the old oven.

I was expecting-delivery,hook-up, and haul away of my old oven. 2 out of three were well done. The delivery team were courteous and helpful. Hey were not able to connect the new oven because of an issue with the electric box. They did as much as possible to correct the problem but it required an electrician. I would recommend this service to everyone.

I would really give it a 1 1/2 but half points aren't available. I had an appointment on a Thursday to have it installed. They had my cell phone number to call 30 minutes before they came. They called my office instead when they were at my house instead of 30 minutes before. They then told me they had been calling for 90 minutes and were sitting in front of my house for 90 minutes. That was a blatant lie. I have an app with caller ID and showed one call 20 minutes earlier. Then the installer came in and started to remove my oven and said he couldn't install it because the cutout on my old oven was smaller by 3/4 of an inch then the new one. He also told me they likely couldn't do any modifications and I couldn't get any new oven in there. I immediately went to the store where I purchased it and they started an escalation with customer service. I was told they would contact me in an hour to try and resolve this. They didn't attempt to contact me for 24 hours and then when I didn't answer the phone they didn't leave a message. I again went to my local store and a day later I called back the number which was Geek Squad and spoke to someone about getting a different installer to see about making modifications to install the oven I purchased. Again I was promised a call back and didn't receive one that day. I went to my local store on Saturday and told them If I don't receive a call back within 2 hours I am canceling my order. With 12 minutes left I received a call which accomplished nothing other than a promise of another call back. Of course there was no call back. After much waiting I finally did some investigation and after looking online and calling GE (the manufacturer of my old oven and the new one, they confirmed that the first installer was either an idiot or lying. The cutout was and all other dimensions of both ovens were exactly the same. I guess he didn't want to spend any more time at my house and made up the story about the cutout dimensions. i went to my local store and advised them of this and called Geek Squad again to reschedule the installattion. I was given a new appointment between 9 and 12. I made sure the installer would call my cell phone 1/2 hour before. Of course by 12 15 no phone call. When I called the installer, of course they gave the person coming to my house my office number and gave them the wrong number to boot. The new installer came an hour late and then when he did the oven fit perfectly and was installed within 45 minutes. I wasted a week without an oven and hours of time trying to resolve an issue that wasnt an issue all because of a lazy lying installer. I will give credit to the second installer for doing a fine job even though he was an hour late

Professional, quick and courteous installers. 5 stars for them. 3 stars for the GE product. Original GE microwave went haywire at only 2 yrs of use. Sparks everywhere. Unacceptable. Best Buy gets 5 stars.

I really like our new Frigidaire microwave. I wanted to be sure to have a 16" turntable, and this one is actually 16.5" -- even better. The features are very user friendly and there are many new ones that my old microwave did not have. It beeps a completed reminder 2 times and that is plenty for me.

We purchased this wall oven for our new home on July 4. Apparently there was an issue with availability, as we didn't receive it until November 22. Due to miscommunication by the builder, the wall oven sat on our floor and it could not be installed until December 12 . We were so excited to have the nice oven...then the first time we used it, we discovered that none of the auxiliary buttons function -- clock, light, timer, or settings. The owner's manual did not provide an answer, so we called LG to trouble shoot. Nothing they suggested worked, so now we're waiting for them to give us the name of a service provider. We're using the oven, which works well and looks nice, but can't use the other functions, which is frustrating, especially when we purchased the oven 6 months ago.

I am loving this built-in wall oven! I had it installed under my cooktop instead of a stove and it looks great! Very sleek looking and it cooks food evenly and efficiently. I also like all the option controls and how it alerts you when the oven is done preheating. Very happy with my purchase.

The chat line was helpful making sure I was getting the product I needed. Most of all they were able to finish my cart, getting info for payment, set up the delivery and installation with the Geek Squad. Both the chat and the service people were there when promised and did an excellent job of installation. I could not ask for better service than what I received.

I was apprehensive about the installation of my wall oven because i did not know what to expect. But Installation team came in and removed my wall oven, installed new oven, and set the settings on the oven and made sure it was working properly. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything after the installation. Great experience and very happy with my oven.

This Service visit was great! The team were so friendly, full of integrity and knew exactly what needed to be done. They installed my brand new wall oven and were speedy, efficient, and knowledgeable. They showed me everything I needed to know and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This install was outstanding. The first install they dropped the oven but installed in anyway. To put it politely the oven was a disaster and did npt work properly. It was also installed incorrectly to put it mildly. Not wired properly and not installed in the wall properly. However, this second install was correctly done and I am very satisfied.
