Due to no fault at all by my installers the new oven did not fit into the space my former oven was removed from. Now why on earth would I think a 30" oven would have a standard measurement?? My bad!! Now I need some minor cabinet work I didn't plan for

They installed the oven and did a really good job. They had to make a few adjustments but we're really nice about it and cleaned up after themselves really well.

Beautiful oven! My wife loves cooking in it,great functions and awesome locking ability to keep toddlers out!

The installers for Best Buy were clean, professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves, and took away all of the trash. They showed me how to use my new appliances, and they even measured other spaces in my kitchen so that I could order the rest of the appliances I need to complete my kitchen makeover.

I really wanted the Bose 700 but it was not in stock at two different stores so my second choice was Sonos. They are good but I still think the Bose has a more rich sound.

Josh and Brayden with Element Electric did a pre-installation visit to identify any modifications that were necessary to ensure a successful installation. During installation they were able to accommodate a slight modification to the installation plan and made everything fit nicely.

Installers were very careful and efficient in the installation of these two appliances and observed proper social distancing & masks throughout the process (pandemic). They very carefully inspected both appliances for damage & defects prior to installation and were very good about cleanup afterwards. Highly recommend use of installers utilized by BestBuy.

Enrique kept in close contact about arrival time and expected length of time for installation. Installed unit with minor modifications so it fit perfectly. Kept me informed about work to be done and finished on time. Stayed safe and wore PPE appropriate for the job. Nice job cleaning up after installation. Provided basic instruction on operation of unit.

The installation crew arrived on time and installed the Samsung microwave quickly. Unfortunately, I waited 6 weeks for an appointment

I think the price was $160 to install the oven which was expensive considering it took about two minutes. You might consider installing yourself. The two men knew what they were doing tho English was minimal. Works just fine with no problems.

I had the same installer for this oven as I had for a dishwasher a few days before and the guy is terrific. He was on time and had the job done in an hour with what I guess were two supervisors watching him the whole time. Best Buy has done well using this third party.

Love the color, love the pull out shelf. The only thing I really hate is the timer. You can't hear it - even on loud. We have to use the microwave timer if we want to hear it.

Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. They called the day before to confirm the window of time, they called about 20 minutes before arriving near the beginning of that window, and they had my old oven out and new oven in within 90 minutes (probably closer to an hour but I wasn't timing it). They set it up and ran it to be sure it worked before leaving.

Technician arrived promptly and removed shoes when entering my home. Installed new microwave quickly but did not notice door rubbing against frame. Had to have another technician come out to repair.

We had a couple bumps along the way getting the built in microwave installed but the end result was terrific. I have only used Best Buy for 2 houses now and part of that is due to their Service and most importantly Thomas Popp is phenomenal!! He helped with not only replacing appliance but the whole house entertainment systems as well. Thomas Popp will always be my first call!

Hard to find replacement wall ovens for rentals that don't cost a fortune. This one was more reasonable than others and has the basics that are necessary for efficient cooking.

Because we were replacing a cooktop and wall oven we ran into many problems with them fitting i.e. cutout too small and different structure in the wall oven. Once that was remedied the installers came out. They still had to cut the feet off the oven and work it to fit in but they were determined and it was successful!

Average review for a basic replacement oven. When you spend almost $1,000 you would expect to get an owners manual to explain all controls and details of ite features. This unit did not!!!! We made two calls to WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE and was on hold for over 90 minutes. We never got a chance to speak with a live person and we wee just left to figure out the controls and operation on our own. There may be features with this oven that we are not even aware of. Hence the 3 star rating.

This oven works fantastic and love the convection bake converter but disappointed that it was a bit smaller than the previous oven after installed. Had to repaint/cover previous wear from previous oven.
