Used Best Buy installation services for a GE single wall oven installation. Timely and competent service. HD & Lowes require sending someone out beforehand to measure, then send out a separate installation crew to actually install the appliance. Best Buy does both in the same visit making the whole process much simpler and convenient.

The installer was very nice and helpful. He did a good job getting the old over out and the new one in. He had a helper but the main person was the primary worker. He also pointed out an issue with the shelf that is on a track which was helpful.

I wanted a basic wall oven. Didn’t want features I wouldn’t use. My previous oven was a Whirlpool. This product met my needs and expectations. So far it has performed as expected.

I purchased a single wall oven and have been very happy with it. I had an excellent experience with my purchase from your sales representative. He was very informative and helpful. The only thing I am trying to get used to is the length of time it takes to preheat.

Microwave was installed by 2 customer friendly guys who did an outstanding job of installation. I appreciated being informed of their pending arrival and on-time completion of the the task. Highly recommended!

the two guys who did our installation were very professional. they arrived when they said they would, took care not to damage our home while they carried out the old oven and brought the new one in. the installation was performed in an efficient manner and they removed all of the packing material when they left and answered all of my questions.

Once the team arrived to finally install the oven the service was great. Took 5 appointments though.

The convection oven is great. The delivery and install was a disaster. They subbed out the install and haul away to different companies who never had their act together (try as they might).

Totally professional installation job. Installers discovered some defective wiring which needed connecting to new oven. They were able to replace the defective parts with no delay in the job.

Installation was Perfect: Call approx. 30 mins before arrival, worked quietly and installation was done in a timely manner. Was neat and clean. Took time to go over basic features, I did not feel rushed. Wore mask, kept distance. ( at 70 I appreciated not having to ask.)

First we had an in home consultation to make sure the wall oven would fit in the space. Then the installers, Oscar and crew, came in and removed the old oven and installed the new one. They took time to answer any questions before leaving. They did an excellent job.

They completed their job quickly and efficiently. Very pleased.

We are so happy with our new appliances from Best Buy. Everything was available in a decent time. It all matches and looks great in our kitchen and gives our kitchen a new modern sleek look.

Pre measure said needed th recess plugs and cooktop gas line behind oven. Install guy was able to install oven without any alterations. Looks great. Fits where original oven was. Highly recommend the install. Saved me $225 for needless alterations.

I had the broken draw replaced in the unit. It was done quickly after verify the procedure. The original installation was also done excellently and the unit functioned as expected except for the broken draw. There was no need to replace the unit, just the draw.

I always felt like the crew BestBuy uses for installations are very skilled. I have used Bestbuy for all my appliances, for several kitchen upgrades and never had a problem. Only once the dishwasher had an issue and someone came quickly and fixed it right away.

This oven replaced ab old Kitchenaid oven that was failing. We haven't tried all the features yet but the basic ones were extremely well. It keeps the bake temperature very stable. A great oven at a great price.

I was going to try and install this microwave, but I am super happy I didn’t. The guys that came out were knowledgeable and efficient. They knocked the installation out in no time.
