I was going to try and install this microwave, but I am super happy I didn’t. The guys that came out were knowledgeable and efficient. They knocked the installation out in no time.

I have not used the oven as of today. As far as the installers Jason and Jason if I could give them 10 stars I would!! Perfect gentleman and knowledge of their job.

This went well. Actually showed up a day early, but that was not a problem. Glad to finally see the units. He was friendly, efficient, clean and I believe did a very good job. About the only part of this transaction that came out as expected.

This is a continuing saga that I hope ends today. We purchased a wall oven and cooktop on 07/31/18 (in stock items). This purchase put me in Elite status with Bestbuy and I was told that now I have 30 days for price match. Well, today I chatted with Bestbuy and was told 'no' the price match is only 15 days because I didn't have the Elite points needed at time of purchase. Well, this is very misleading since I was told that I had 30 days! On to the installation; Bestbuy contracts with an install company to do the site survey and appliance installation. The man from XPO was not customer service oriented and was extremely rude both times that he was at my home. He blamed us for our phone # input wrong in his system, we didn't have the cutout specs available for him, he said we had to move the electrical outlet, and at the installation appointment he said that the Bestbuy website had the dimensions wrong (it was correct, he didn't know the difference between height and width)and he wanted to charge us at the installation for the cutting. We FINALLY got our in stock appliances installed on 8/16. Now the Geek squad is on their way over today because a screw on the lower vent cover on the oven fell out. We've only used the oven once. What now Bestbuy!! Note: our saleman, Quincy, was outstanding in making sure that our installation finally happened.

Worked hard to get it to fit. Great job making it work. Wouldnt have struggled so much if they hadnt no showed the premeasure and previous 2 deliver/install appts

Outstanding. I especially like the electronics cooling fan operation in that the fan continues to run and vent oven heat away from the oven's electronics until the oven has sufficiently cooled down so that the electronics don't overheat and burnout prematurely.

These guys showed up as they said they would very nice and polite. They took extra precautions to make sure our floor was protected. There was a bit more work to get to code that was handle quickly and the install was fitted and off they went. Much better than the last few service people we have had in the house.

My initial impressions are that this oven is very well made. It is very attractive in the black stainless steel finish. The controls are clear and straight forward. I love the extend a rack feature to assist in taking out large cooked items like a turkey.

As far as the Installers and their installation, they did an Excellent job. They Rate Five Stars... I just got the wall oven on Thursday 11/12/2020, so haven't been able to use it yet. I really can't give an honest review, so I'll give it a Good.

Best Buy was A+++++. We bought a gas wall oven. The installers were great. We're very happy with Best Buy compared to the other appliance sellers and their installers in our area--and believe me, we've tried the others. No comparison!

Installation was not standard. Issues with pre-existing opening. Contacted carpenter - he was perplexed. We sawed off trim pieces for a painless install.

I received this oven as a replacement for the previous one that stopped working when I used the self cleaning feature for the first time. I like everything else about the oven but I cannot use the self cleaning feature because I am afraid it will stop working again. It took over a month to find out that it would be replaced instead of repaired. I was not happy with the service I received from the Geek Squad and is still waiting on them to address an issue.

The oven is just fine. The stainless steel and glass are very attractive; however, it shows every single finger print.

Product was installed but there is a gap between the oven and the cabinets. Not the installers fault as there was no trim kit

We upgraded to a built in microwave after having over the range models for the last 40 years. We couldn't be happier to now free up the space over our range!

Installation was terrible. My cabinets were Premeasured by a Best Buy professional and the microwave was ordered to size. Then it turned out to be a centimeter too big. The installers removed the lower trim, installed the microwave and said they were unable to replace the custom trim they had removed. They took my old microwave without authorization. And said , we aren’t cabinet builders. You’ll need to contact an outside expert. This was NOT why I purchased the higher end microwave nor the installation service. Im still left hanging to solve the problem. Best Buy has agreed to pay the adjustment but the work is on me to repai their damage. Unprofessional. Not customer service centered. The microwave works fine. But my kitchen looks undone due to their ambivalence.

The installation of our oven was great. The installer , jarrand was precise and did a great job in making sure everything was exact. We could tell he was meticulous on how the work was to be done. It was very clean and we love it. He gave us tips to prep our oven. Thanks for sending the right person

Nice wall oven. However, too many bells and whistles. I don't need a wi-fi oven. I would rather pay less and not have useless technology added on.

Well in the age of Covid, scheduling in home installation is a big chore. We had quotes from local installers as much as twice the price Best Buy charged. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great experience.

The installers did a good job replacing our broken Maytag wall oven with a new whirlpool one. They modified the opening to make the new wall oven fit in perfectly. We are very satisfied by their work.
