Our tech called us ahead of arrival and was so friendly. He took time to educate us on our new oven purchase. He was very careful when bringing the oven through the house and had no problem inserting it into the slot already in the counter. He cleaned his entire mess up as if he was never there. This service from beginning to end was professional and comforting.

Haven’t had it that long but have been very pleased with the overal appliance. The only thing I’ve been disappointed with is that it seems to take a long time to preheat the convection oven.

NEED A WALL UNIT OVEN BECAUSE OF THE TRACK HOUSING OVENS. GEEK SQUAD WAS TREMENDOUS IN INITIAL LOOK SEE ABOUT INSTALLATION AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, THEY INSTALLED INCLUDING SIZE ADJUSTMENT AND COVERAGE OF SIZE DIFFERENCE. THE BEST FROM BEST BUY. HAVE ENJOYED THE OVEN AND ITS FUNCTIONALITY EVER SINCE.

have only had this oven for a few months. So far I am delighted with it. Very simple to use. looks great in my kitchen.

Very efficient workers. Took them less then 30 minutes to dismantle and take out the old microwave, put the new one in (with the trim kit) and test it.

The installer went above and beyond in installing a microwave oven and the trim kit. He made a special trip to come out on a day that was not part of the normal install date because of some previously difficult circumstances. He only charged half of what he would normally charge because of the previous difficulties. The install of these items look great!

We have been using our Whirlpool Wall Oven for almost two weeks now. We are very pleased with it and how it performs. Instructions for use were easy to understand and initiate. The oven cooks evenly and efficiently. We are very happy with its performance and with the customer service we received from Best Buy!

Single Wall Oven is really nice looking and works great. It looks great with my other stainless-steel appliances.

Wow, they made it so easy on the installation of my wall oven it fit perfectly!! The same guy came out to install and a helper!! I liked that it made me fill more comfortable with having stranger's in my home!! He was just as professional then as when he came out to measure my wall oven!! They did a great job just like I expected!! GEEK SQUAD YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

Subcontractor measured wall oven and hole and realized gas line to cooktop would have to be replumbed. He said new oven was slightly bigger than old one and had more protrusions in the back. He was able to move gas line and get everything done in relatively short time. Way better than the installers from Lowe’s who we sent packing. I’d buy from Best Buy again.

This is an update to a 30 year-old unit. The price was fair. It did take months for delivery and installation. I also bought the warranty.

We purchased this microwave to replace another built in model. The installers came out, told us what they were going to do andhow long it would take them and were able to use the same trim kit which saved us a lot of money. They were very nice and did a great job. Well worth the money we paid.

Installers called the day before installation to confirm time and was right on time on day of install. Install went pretty smooth but told me that I needed to pay more to haul old oven away. I declined.

The installation went smoothly, but the person who installed the oven was not able to test that it was calibrated correctly. I would think that would be a part of the installation.

Power outlet in cabinet had to be moved back a couple inches so stove would fit at the side. Had to have a 2nd visit to move outlet for $200.

was actually ordered in October. Delivery and installation was delayed a week due to technician illness.

Have had some very good contractors from Best Buy perform installation service, most have been very good, for example, xpo logistics for example was one, they sent talented people... did things the way I would have done it. Always feel like they are looking out for my best interests, even though you rarely feel that way from Best Buy themselves with their current management.

The staff arrived within the time allotted. They worked carefully and neatly. They removed the old oven and installed the new one very quickly. The electric board had to be adapted changing the break to 20amp. This was also done professionally and neatly. Very courteous staff. Great service overall.

I love the features that this Samsung has it Steams, Convection, normal cook, Wi-Fi and a meat probe. The wall over is great looking also. It cooks great I still need to use the Steam function on a roast. I heard it is great for rising bread.

Could not complete install since area was a little larger than microwave. Haven’t actually used since not moved in yet.
