Its has its moments. If this movie was made 15 years ago when Jackie Chan and Johnny Knoxville were in their primes, THEN this would have been epic with some insane stunts. Instead, we get this below average action film.

I always look forward to Jackie's movies as there aren't many I don't like and to me this is one of the good ones. I laughed so hard.
