    Pieces breaking and others falling off

    I've had these less than a year and just went today to buy replacements. About three months after owning, the plastic housing around the volume control and speaker on the cable broke. It wouldn't snap back together, and less than a week later the remaining piece fell off and wouldn't attach back. Not really a feature I use often, so I kept using the headphones with the bare wire exposed at the spot where the plastic housing used to be. Then three weeks ago the speaker inside the right ear piece broke loose inside the housing. If I lean one way the speaker moves and makes a connection so I can hear sound in it again, if I lean the other way, no sound and there's an extremely annoying vibration of the speaker clanging off the plastic housing. I expected to make it through at least one year, but I guess you get what you pay for, and if you want an unreliable pair of headphones with mediocre sound quality this is the pair for you.

    Bass, yes; Attack, no;

    I bought this specifically for Skullcandy's claim that it has great attack. Sorry, it has diminished attack, and my more than 10 year old SONY MDR-027 that comes with my walkman has better attack. It's a shame, because it sounds very good (low distortion) in general.

    These headphones were great for the first 3 months I owned them and then out of no where the left speaker jostled loose and no longer outputs audio not to mention it rattles around in there making the headphones completely unwearable.

    Flimsy

    I bought these and got them yesterday. At 1st you could get sound out of the left ear only. Then if you wiggle the cord sometimes you could get sound from both speakers. The inline volume control doesn't work at all.

    After 4 conversations with best buy customer representatives and one with Skullcandy representative, we figured out that there was no Mic1 in this product.

      Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the sound quality of your Hesh 2.0 headphones We would recommend perhaps giving our other products like the Hesh 3, Crusher Wired, Crusher Wireless, Crusher ANC or Venue headphones a try for better sound quality and a higher volume threshold. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future!
