    First, the way the ear loops are designed is odd. Why are they pushing the ear out from behind, which, instead of keeping the bud secure, pushes the ear uncomfortably out to the bud, and yet the bud along with the loop is awkwardly angled, in an angle which doesn't help keep the bud in place. The button settings aren't working - especially the double tap to advance a song. I've tried being perfectly accurate with how fast each tap is, etc., but it still doesn't work 99% of the time. The sound is okay, but not good, and there's an annoying issue with the ANC which creates a tunnel-like sound when on calls or when there's nothing playing. Battery life is so short, but at least it recharges quickly. Last, Annoyingly turns off audio when checking voicemail. Neither Tech support nor Best Buy were helpful! And Best Buy's return policy sucks. Buyer beware

    Keep shopping. Purchased these for my morning runs and they lasted 1 month and a week before intermittent skipping. Not good and Best Buy won’t take them back. That why I shoulda purchased on Amazon—at least they would have taken the return.

    Does not have the best range for what i paid for it. My cheaper earbuds i could be far from my phone and they worked these ones no so much
