    I bought this product november 2016 and it has not worked properly. Contacted skybell customer service and they were very slow to assist , they sent me a replacement that was defective . I sent it back and was told the product is on back order and I would have to wait. It has been 3 weeks now that I am without a doorbell . I have asked for a refund and have not heard from anyone since.

    Could not get it to work for us. Always false notice as someone walked buy our house. Took a long time for video to show up on the phone. took it back and got a Ring door bell so far we like that better.

    Dont need to pay monthly fee compare to the Ring Video doorbell. Resolution is better too!

    Good doorbell camera no monthly payments unlike the competitors but there is no hdr feature
