    This gimbal is great. It’s well crafted and functions well. The supporting app adds a plethora of features. This isn’t well dicumented and I spent a fair amount of time uncovering the hidden gems But...the thing suddenly stopped working while still under warranty. I opened a support case using SkyLab’s website weeks ago and have only gotten an automated response. They don’t have a published telephone number. Customer service is bad. They’ll need to do much to redeem themselves.
