It's a great hotspot for traveling around and playing video games on wouldn't recommend if u plan to have more than 2 devices connected, I play fortnite with little to no lag and for $50/month for unlimited isnt bad either

I bought this item since we don’t get service by any internet companies. It worked great the first day i was about to stay connected on a zoom meeting that would usually drop or disconnect on my phone and computer. But once we added 2-3 connections it starts to slow a lot. As long as we only keep one thing connected to it the speed is high. The start up process took a bit since it wouldn’t register or it couldn’t find a signal but it works to a certain degree. Maybe it works better in the city than it does in the rural areas? Its just ok.

I had a little but of an issue when first using, it would drop the internet connection several times a day. Had to contact skyroam support and they fixed it on their end. Now it works well although a little slowly at times, probably just the fact that its 3g/4g.

Came with zero instructions, but online registration and setup was pretty straight forward. Bottom line, got it setup and working without too much trouble. If unit is shut off and then turned on again, it syncs itself without any trouble. The 4g signal at my present location is not stable, so it defaults to 3g as necessary. My intended use is not very demanding, so this is OK. For a novice, I would recommend a new unit on the assumption that it would come with more documentation.

Works great. Great battery life and decent throughput with low cell signal. Many options to data plans. Pay as you go data per month is what I prefer for occasional use.

Aye Great Device to get online and I do alot of gaming but I’m rarely at home

Awesome product! needed something for when I travel and this definitely fills that need.

Kids love it and easy to setup, great in a car for long trips, will lose connection but that’s with anything. I use it at the camper for the kids

I like the packaging. The unit seems to favor T Mobile towers. Takes a while to connect in some places.

I bought this for my son's dorm room. He is able to do his virtual learning and play games with no problem.

It's fine. You end up spending 15 bucks for 10 gigs of high speed tjen it goes down to 125ish kbs. About 2 hours to get a gigs worth of data with the variable speed. You must also cancel the "limitless" (detailed above) data at least two days prior or be charged again. The upfront cost is low and it does have the ability to get the best sigal from available carriers so it's flexable. Knowing the best carrier in your area will save you money per bit in the long run though

It's a great product but I should be able to change the Hotspot username and password.
