Like the title suggests, this PC costs (on sale) just about the same as if you were to build one yourself. However, it included no manual on how to update the motherboard's or GPU's drivers. This led to constant crashing and freezing of games. Once everything was updated, The computer ran smoothly without a single stutter or massive frame rate drop. I would also like to mention that the FULL sized GPU seen in the product's Images was not what I received. Yes, it did come with an RTX 3060, but just not with 3 fans. My PC looks a bit empty without the larger GPU... Pros: -Again, awesome value -Good FPS -Super Upgradable -Customizable LEDs -Comes with plenty of storage and RAM -Basically futureproof Cons: -No manual (you can find one online) -Didn't come updated and never showed how to update drivers. -Came with a smaller GPU (less fans too) than pictured. Overall, this is a decent PC for anyone starting out in 2023.

When I first opened got everything connected and started, there was already a user set for the login which was from their tester. Chatted with Skytech’s customer service and it was resolved quickly. I run Rust, Baldur’s Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077 on high/ultra flawlessly. Great PC even if there was a very minor snag at the start.

Great pc for a first time user who switches over from console. Haven’t had a single problem it is very worth the price. Plus the water cooling helps with gaming/streaming all day and night with no overheating.

I am a PC enthusiast, I have been building PCs since the early 2000s. However, as I started pricing components both at Best Buy and Newegg, I started to realize that I could not build an equivalent system at the same price that I got this Skytech for. I had never heard of Skytech, so I was pretty unsure about this system, but I took a chance with this, and I am glad I did. The system is very well built and put together, the cable management was great. Computer is very quiet, has good thermals. This has a pretty nice Asrock B650M-C motherboard. So you get both a PCI-X 5.0 x4 M.2 slot, and a PCI-X 4.0 x4 slot, and there is a 3rd M.2 3.0 x2 slot that shares bandwidth with 2 of the sata ports, of which there are 4 sata ports total. Mine came with nice Kingston Fury 5200MTs DDR5 kit, and yes it's 2 sticks (and in the proper slots). They did cheap out a bit on the M.2 boot drive, it's an MSI PCI-x 3.0 drive, the M371. But I just added a Samsung 970 Evo in the 2nd slot for game storage. I was pleasantly surprised with the 3060 performance also, mine has the Gigabyte Windforce GPU. And the included 280mm AIO cooler seems to perform pretty well. In gaming loads my CPU seldom passes 68 to 70 degrees C. And this Ryzen 7600x screams. It usually hovers around 5.2 GHz. Maybe I just lucked up and got a good piece of silicon, but this thing almost never drops below 5.0 GHz. Overall the package was a lot nicer than I expected for this price ($1279 dollars). If your on the fence about this, I think you will be pleased with this system. Upgrading from a Ryzen 2600 with a B450 MB and a 2070RTX, this system is leagues above. Thank you Skytech for a good deal on this one. I'd get them while they're at this price.

The computer has been great! Easy to setup, although I was missing the quick start guide. I followed the general quick start on their website. Needed a good starter desktop to work on design projects and gaming, this did the trick!

This is a very good product.. it has a very cool lights & fast booting.. it plays good with PC games..

System showed up as described. Powerful enough to run any game that I have thrown at it. Will need to upgrade storage later, but good enough for a entry to mid level gaming computer

Purchased this prebuilt in 2022. It has been great to me and little upgrades have been needed.

i am very disappointed in my purchase. Whenever I start playing a game the machine makes alot of noise, and at random times will just turn off. I reached out to skytech and they had me send the machine back to them. This process took roughly a month. They sent it back saying it has been fixed and it was only louder and still doing the same thing. I Reached out to them and they told me to check my internet provider. I had the internet person in the house with the wire plugged in and it did the same thing. I wish I could send it back and get another computer. Maybe one that The geek squad can fix, because skytech's service is not good. Even the person i spoke to at best buy did checks on it and said it was junk. not worth the money

it met my expectations, only change i would make is a black case instead of a white case - even though white doesn't show dust

Too many glitches! It says we have admin rights, but cant' change the timezone & it's setup so you can't report Microsoft errors to Microsoft. When playing it consistently crashes during game play. We've updated all the GPU, hard drive drivers, CPU, etc. His passcode to login is only recognized 1/2 the time. We've investigated so many settings and reset to factory settings, etc. After a week of trying all these things and since their customer service is only open M-F 8-5 when we're working, we're returning it & will not be buying another Skytech product.
