It works great. I bought it to play ARK Ascended and it works very well. I'm really happy with it.

Great price and great gaming rig. I don't find the fans to be loud as in other reviews. No issue with performance.

I was doubting since it seemed too good to be truth., but I am so happy I got it It manages everything I throw at it it makes Alienware desktop look like toys in booth features and performance

Decent computer, 2 fans were broke out of the box so instantly had to replace those :(. also the aio was black and not white as pictured which was unfortunate. pc is also extremely loud just like all the reviews say but overall decent definitely others out there that’s better value and actually give you what’s advertised unlike this one. also near impossible to get ahold of skytech so i had to replace the fans on my own dime. i also replaced some cables with custom seahorse extensions.

Why is there a blinking red light on the Corsair AIO cooler after I shut down the PC? Is that normal?

Great pc, playing in the highest graphics and the gameplay is just breathe taking!

This was my first time buying from Skytech Gaming. I had heard mixed things. Some good some bad experiences. Unfortunately I am now one of the bad. The box seemed as if it was a return because the tape had been cut and taped over with some random bright green tape. When we took the PC out of the box it looked good from afar but as you got closer it just got worse and worse. The case and glass had old tape residue in random places again as if it had been opened and repackaged after being returned. The RAM was some weird off brand I had never heard of. Also, all of the fans were RGB except the bottom 3 fans, that arguably are the first fans in this case that definitely should have been RGB . The final part that made us decide to take it back was one of the plugs on the motherboard was bent downwards and had a dab of glue holding it to the board. After that we had to confidence in the long term function of this PC. The major specs like graphics card and CPU were good, but everything else was too much to turn a blind eye.

This is the first time I've committed to something I've longed for for years: owning a PC game to play with my friend, since he was the only one without a PC. I'm still missing some other accessories, but little by little I'm getting there, and I'm very grateful to Best Buy for making this dream a reality.

I got this pc so i could play my games at a much higher graphics settings and it definitely does the job. Also i was surprised to find that this pc had 3 m.2 ssd slots and i was able to have about 12tb of storage using my ssd in my old pc. Overall a good pre-built and so far no issues, I would recommend it as long as you have the money.

Pretty Good PC for the price point. Able to play a lot of games at over 100 FPS.

Performance Issues From the moment I booted it up, the computer has been unacceptably slow. Even basic tasks like browsing the web or opening applications take an excessive amount of time. This sluggish performance is particularly evident when trying to play games—no matter how light the title may be, it struggles to maintain a steady frame rate. The lag disrupts gameplay, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the experience. Frequent Crashes Compounding the issue, the PC crashes more often than I can count. While gaming, it will sometimes freeze completely, requiring a hard reset. This is incredibly frustrating, especially during critical moments in a game. These crashes have made me lose progress multiple times, which only adds to the dissatisfaction. Technical Issues Beyond My Understanding Many of the problems appear to stem from issues that are beyond my technical understanding. I’ve tried researching potential fixes—updating drivers, optimizing settings, and running diagnostic tools—but nothing seems to resolve the underlying issues. It feels like I’m stuck in a never-ending cycle of troubleshooting without any success in making the PC run smoothly.
