Fits PERFECTLY. Easy to put on. BUT to be more useful against drop damaging the front lens would be way protective if the sleeve would be made a little bit higher around the front lens. And the other thing it would be nice having the possibility to change the battery WITHOUT taking off the sleeve every time to do that.

This protector was amazing to have! We spent time in the water and on the beach and it was amazing for keeping 99% of the sand out. It was also nice to just have the lanyard to hold on to when the camera wasn't attached to a stick. A bit of a trick to get on at first but once you get the hang of it then there is no issues.

nice accessory for those quick outings where you dont need a lot of the mounts for special activities; keeps the camera within reach and doesnt let it get lost

I had hoped that the reviews that say that the sleeve tears and breaks were fake reviews. Or that the people who experienced these problems were rough, gruff people who abused the product. Unfortunately, I can report that the reports of torn sleeves are true, and it can happen to anyone, and it WILL happen to you. As you can see in the picture, my GoPro sleeve has torn in two places after 2 weeks of usage. The thing is, you MUST take the sleeve off in order to replace the battery or charge the camera. This is normal usage. But the sleeve is just not designed strong enough for normal usage. The concept gets 5 stars. The execution gets 1 star. So ... I guess I give this product 2 stars.

GoPro 8 Rubber Case w/Lanyard is a great protective casing. The rubber is different than the GP 7 case I also purchased. The rubber is harder and It provides less grip than the GP7 case. The Lanyard is good and very adjustable.

The Sleeve fits well and I feel adds that added layer of protection. The only reason I didn't give it a five-star rating is that you have to remove the side of it, which is fairly difficult, in order to charge the GoPro. Other than that... it's a good product.

I had one of these for my hero 7 and was disappointed when I found out my old lanyard did not fit until I found this one. Really good keeps it from harsh falls and looks nice

A good option if you don't want to have the bulky case on all the time. I do use the lanyard and have had no accidents yet, so I can't comment on the protection it offers.

since you cannot replace the lens on the gopro8 this one is a must to buy to somewhat protect your gopro on scratches or damages, the price is not bad so yea why not, its a good buy.

Excellent product to protect your GoPro camera. Love the feel it has, it feels like you don’t have anything on the camera.

It’s a nice silicone cover with a lanyard but it does not offer protection for the Gopro Camera Lens. If your looking to protect the Lens, the Roll Cage is provides protection but unfortunately does not have a lanyard.

Fits my Hero 8 perfectly. This is a GoPro so you need this to avoid the scratches and dents in case you drop it during any of your adventures. Best Buy!!!
