Fraud

DON'T BUY A SLING GIFT CARD!!!

I purchased a gift card that came to my email within about five minutes. When I went to redeem the gift card a few minutes later, the Sling website said that the gift card is not valid or had been used. I tried waiting a day and am still having the same problem. I tried reaching out to Sling through their web chat support, but the conversation suddenly kicked me out. Now when I try to use the web chat service it says that it "Looks like their agents are working at capacity."

Does not work like a gift card

Tried to use it to subscribe to sling. It would not let me so I called their customer service line and I was told that it can only be used once you have paid for a subscription at full price. I had subscribed using a half off promo and wanted to use this gift card to extend my subscription. I told the rep that a gift card should be used same as cash for the company it's issued for. I got a rude response telling me that it's "in the fine print" WOW don't use sling ever again!

Couldnt use it

It would not work and when i contacted best buy worst experience ever transferred to automatic lines with no help given direct line that dont work. This has been the most horrible experience i dont recommend buying e digital from best buy because they wont give you any help if you snag with issues and have a problem they have your money and dont care
