Exchanging for a different model

I only used the oven once because of this. About the glass top - there is a groove all the way around that is what I call a "crumb catcher" Best way to clean it is with a foam paintbrush. I just don't want to do that!

Wrong plug delivered with stove

The four prong outlet cord that I had to go get was for a dryer/stovetop. You would think since they do this a lot they would know that this is a possibility, especially since it said and had the ratings on the tag of the cord. So it ended up costing me time and money to go back and get the right one.
