Some parts not good

The Y connector was bad out of box and would not get a seal. I ended up using the Y connector from the washer and dryer box. If the washer or dryer comes with a Y connector just buy another longer hose.

REQUIRED STEAM DRYER INSTALLATION KIT

Although this is a new feature for us on our new dryer, I'm not sure how often we'll be using this component. We'll have to give it a try in the future.

Very Study

It is however quite long and rattles against the washing machine as it shuts the water on and off as it goes through it's cycles. This primarily is due to the fact that the dryer vent is also too long forcing both the washer and dryer being nearly a foot from the wall (another story for another time).
