Not a happy camper with the installation

Never heard back from installer. I called Best Buy and they sent a different person to install per my request. The original guy way unorganized, super late, and unboxed my appliances in the rain. The new team that came was professional and fast. No complaint with the person that installed the dryer kit. I have no problem with the product, the person doing the installation of my appliances is my issue.
