Needed this for my Samsung dryer

Best Buy Delivery/Intallation Did Not Connect This

However, The Best Buy delivery/Installation guys did not install this item. They told me to call a plumber. I was not satisfied with this since I paid for delivery and installation. I felt Best Buy should have been up front about this issue up front before selling me something hey did not back up. This is not against the actual product.
