Poor service with whirlpool company

Whirlpool sent out technician who just listened to noise and determined cause, which he was wrong when he returned with part. Then found out problem , waiting for 3rd visit to fix I hope. Whirlpool customer service gives run around, was told unfortunately this happens to consumers. I stated the tech didn’t even open dryer to diagnose, just said he knew these things by the noise. Been going to laundry Matt for the past 3 weeks. Whirlpool rep was right when I requested manager she stated they wil not do anything and she was correct in that

Installation lacking…

I ordered this as part of a dryer set for my parents. The delivery men/installers did not install the vent tubing, saying that it was not long enough. That did not make sense since measurements were made beforehand and the length needed was definitely less than 8 feet (which is the length of the tubing in this kit). As a result, we still have the old, beaten tubing in place (connected to the new dryer)instead of a new tube. It was disappointing.
