Because the item is incompatible with my new vehicle and it is now beyond the item's return date, I will not be able to use it. While it is my fault for not realizing this item would not work with my new vehicle and delaying installation, I really wish the item's return period was a bit longer. My recommendation: do not buy this item unless you are ready to install it immediately.

I was able to go to the website for rexing and get instructions for my car. It installed in about 20 minutes. Now my dash cam workes even better hardwired in.

I have installed one in both my vehicles. They require a bit of planning on how to route the wire properly, but took me about an hour on each vehicle to install. It frees up the "cigarette lighter" for other accessories. As well as it hides the wire going to power the dash cam.

Didn’t fit my fuse box

I also watched some YouTube videos before installation. However with how the wires are installed they come out of the installation point sideways which my fuse box wouldn’t allow for that extra room so I was unable to use.

Required purchase for Rexing dashcams for parking
