I thought I knew how I was connected to the internet in my home LAN - but was I wrong. Tablets, TVs DVRs, VOIP phones, and so many more. I was astonished to see how very vulnerable my house was. And CUJO protects my home from some very weird internet browsing. I still don't know the origin, which device, is dialing out to strange URLs. But CUJO blocks them all.

I have two of these. The first one I purchased through crowd funding when they were getting started. I am blown away buy the number of attempts (notifications) I get daily from outside sources trying to penetrate my system. Picked up a second one for my girlfriend's house. This thing works!

Highly recommend. Set it up. Called their tech support with questions and probably one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had. Product does a great job and gives me piece of mind. Buy it and relax.

I put Cujo in front of my 2 son's computers. These boys love to play online games and download mods for them. Cujo has been OUTSTANDING in stopping connections to intrusions, hack attempts and suspect URL's. If there was a 6-star rating, this device would get it.

Being the skeptical type i was hesitant but hopeful at what cujo could do for me. Having used the product for close to a year now and witnessed first hand how far they have come i have slowly fallen in love with what it does. So much so i recently purchased a second one and potentially looking at several more as christmas gifts going forward.

Short review: If you have any home devices connected to the internet (printers, computers, smart TVs, etc.) buy this product ASAP. Why buy this? 1) Technology works as intended and will block tons of different attacks (I get about 10 "attacks" per day on my NAS system alone...) 2) Customer service is the best of any company I've ever encountered. This is where Cujo really shines, I can't praise their tech-support enough. 3) Cujo's physical design is simple and attractive (in my opinion), and the app is very well designed also. Cons??? 1) The only con (as of 6/7/17) is that the Cujo app does not support Apple Touch ID for sign-in. However it does support a 6-pin login.

Overseas hackers have violated my credit for two years. I had to replace all monetary instruments, got rid of all social media, and started my life over again. Cujo will let me sleep again.

The product was great at first. I had mine in bridge mode because I Have a UTM appliance running as my router/firewall and my netgear X10 was set up as my access point. So Cujo was right in between them. I had everything up and running smoothly with parental controls set up for my daughter. I did wish that you can see the logs for the attack being reported. I started having connection issues where the device would just disconnect from the network. I emailed support and was told to put it in the router DMZ so my internet would still work if Cujo disconnected again. I was just baffled at that response. That doesn’t fix the issue at all. The device kept disconnecting and all I could do was reset it by pulling the power cable out. Finally it would not reconnect one day so I returned it. I had to laugh when I got an attack warning 20 min after disconnecting it.

We have 23 devices online in our home. Cujo has been invaluable in protecting them. Especially the IoT devices: Echo Dot, Amazon Fire Stick, Raspi Nextcloud, Chromecasts, etc.

I am so pleased with the CUJO. Going to buy one for my mother. In our world today, you need as much protection as u can get!

This is my second Cujo. I have one for my personal use at home, and I just purchased this from Best Buy as a second for a family member. Setup was very easy: you literally just plug it in, launch the app, and a few seconds later, you're done! That's where the fun ends. Over the past few weeks, both of my Cujos have started locking up. When they lock up, they take the internet down with them. The only way to resolve the issue is to disconnect the power for at least ten seconds. I could forgive this if it only happened every few months, but this happens daily. In fact, it happened three times this evening. I do information security for a living, and I have confirmed that both networks are working properly. Once you remove Cujo from the picture, everything works perfectly. I've been going back and forth with Cujo technical support on this for over a week and haven't gotten anywhere. What was once great customer support has now gone bad. I can't help but notice that their support happened to drop in quality after I upgraded my other Cujo to a one-time subscription plan. I regret purchasing this and wish I could return it. While this is a great idea and a sorely needed product, I can't overlook this one critical flaw. The fact that their support team can't deal with this is the final nail in the coffin.

After having this product for awhile, it's definitely worth the money. Being in a house where everything is connected it's really scary when cujo pops up and tells me it blocked something, and I start thinking if It wasn't there that would have gotten to my computer/devices... Cujo is defiantly the best IOT Protection device around.

I bought a CUJO because I did not want to be the one in a group telling the story my computer just got hacked. I believe in the team build at CUJO and they were very helpful. I am very happy that I can control the amount of internet my kids can use and can review the gadgets that are in my network. I highly recommend this product you will save money and piece of mind.

I really like having a connected home and have many IOT devices. It's nice to know that cujo has detected all devices and is monitoring their traffic patterns to determine unusual changes that could be hacking. I highly recommend this over a regular firewall that only allows for ports to be opened or blocked. Traffic analysis is the key to a good home firewall.

Easy to use and set up. Does everything it says it does effectivity.

I bought CUJO because the added layer of protection from malware sites and intruders stealing data sounded great. It was very easy to install and im getting alerts continuously. CUJO's customer service is absolutely great. The proactively reached out check on the setup and they also send updates on how they are enhancing the service. Highly recommended.

I bought Cujo for our home. I was a little unclear as to how to set it up but their customer service was excellent! They guided me through the process. I have never had such good customer service. They were nice and answered all of my questions. Not to mention Cujo has stopped several attacks so it's doing its job too!

I am a network engineer and setup an advanced network. I thought I had set some pretty good firewall rules on my other firewall, but the Cujo caught 44 attempts from my Amazon Fire over 2 days. Amazing! I was really shocked that a media device could infect my home network. Thank you Cujo for keeping my network secure!

I was recently a hacking victim, even with current antivirus software and malware protection. I came across this device after a little internet research, and I can sleep comfortably now! It is easy to setup with excellent customer support.
