CUJO destroyed my router!

It worked very well for a little over a week and then I started to have connectivity issues with my wireless devices. It ruined my Linksys EA9500 router. I am having to get it replaced, not something I should have to be doing and I loved that router! I can't believe they released this product on the market before it was actually ready to launch, my router paid the price! Thanks CUJO! Retuning to Best Buy tomorrow! Done! Do not get. CUJO probably isn't even necessary and if you really need another layer of security get something else.

But nothing was ever found. So what am I supposed to do with that? Plus, a frequent intrusive adware that was popping up on my phone was NOT blocked. Returned it to the store.

Don't Buy it, if you have 940Mbps/860Mbps

When FIOS offered me 940/860 Mbps network speeds, CUJO slow down my network speed to 500 Mbps. I had to return it. Don't buy this if you have upgraded to 940/860 Mbps .

I'm sorry CUJO didn't work out for you. Internet speeds do vary depending on individual networks. Since CUJO does have 1 Gbit ethernet ports, the only bottleneck possible is from the software side. We are constantly improving network stability for all kind of setups, but it is a daunting task. Hopefully, you will be able to give us a second chance later on, once we have optimized CUJO to better suit your network. Thank you for the review and hopefully, this is just a small setback between you and CUJO protecting your network.

Does not function as advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The application would not allow me to do the simplest functions such as blocking specific websites in a profile. The only solution that technician could offer was for me to use a different Android device other than a Samsung Note 8 to configure the software or un-install the cujo from my network. I now have a $250 boat anchor that could not do the most basic security functions. This is NOT a product that I recommend.
