Best Buy’s agent went out of his way to set up the switches for us. We are not able to set them up, but having hands-free light switches makes our lives much easier. Thanks to our agent for his expertise and Best BUY for providing this service

Two Geek Squad members came to my house and swapped out my old Comcast DVR with a new Comcast DVR making it compatible with my new smart TV. And also pairing three smart plugs with my devices, including pairing them with Alexa. Now I just sit in my recliner and tell her what I want.

I had the Geek Squad come out to my house AND to my girlfriend's house to set up Ring Door Bell with four cameras at each place. Then, I had them come back a couple of days to both places to install smart plugs and smart light bulbs. Everything works great and it is very impressive! I highly recommend Geek Squad for any of their services. Within the past year I've also had them install two sound bars and coordinate them with all my sound equipment. Money paid for their services is money well spent!!!!

I believe this is actually for the Ring Chime installation. The tech guys were here promptly, knew exactly what to do, very helpful in answering questions, made sure everything worked correctly before they left. I'm very happy with the service they performed today.

The Geek Squad Employee was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He setup the Hue lights. I bought 2 universal remotes form my TV,Comcast, DVD, CD, SOUND BARand ROKU. He recommended a different remote.
WEMO Plugs will not work with iPhone w/o Home Pod.

They worked very hard but couldn't get my two WEMO Smart Plugs to connect. But it wasn't the Geek Squad's fault. I think the fault was with the WEMOs I purchased. Apparently these two don't work without an Apple Home Pod. The two WEMOs that I had installed myself a few years ago work fine. They don't need a Home Pod. It seems that you can't make a WEMO plug work with an Apple device (Iphone, etc) without the Home Pod now.

Very difficult to sync with the network that Best Buy installed! The Technician on site was very good (he installed outdoors Smart Plugs efficiently) but had alot of difficulties with the indoors Smart Plug. He had to call your Level 1 and then Level 2 support teams to assist with the install and it still took a long time.
