decent quality, it holds up ok on my keyring, hasn't snapped off... the included battery died, needs a new one... i suspect it has been sitting own the shelf for a long time... i like using the remote to control the music in my car when washing it in the driveway etc... its neat... the camera shutter button is basically a clone of the volume up button... but nevertheless it does work as needed for taking photos. good value

I travel a lot and sometimes I have to capture the moment and this helps a lots, very convenient and no more downloading apps for this to work. A big plus for this device. It works well with my iPhone and so far I don't have any issue with it. Instead of buying a selfie stick with built in shutter in the handle which is very inconvenient and at time difficult to snap, this SmartLens comes handy and worth the price. All you need is just a regular selfie stick and you're done. No more buying expensive selfie stick just buy anything that holds your camera and save. There you have it, enjoy those moments captured.

I bought this to use with the iPad for my daughter's 16th birthday party. The kids had a blast using this to take pictures!

I still use an I phone 4s, but the remote works well with it, with good range.

Simple to use and works as it says. May need to pair and unpair a couple times to work out the bugs though.

I use this remote for hands free control of my music while driving. It works within range and allows me to play,pause , fastforward and rewind. I have never used the selfie functions but I assume they work too. I've bought a couple of these through because of the price and because they're small and I keep loosing them.

I wasn't sure I could use this on my tablet running music AND have the tablet linked to a speaker for Bluetooth streaming at the same time, but it works great, it also has quite a good range!

I recommend this product to anyone who uses Bluetooth. Best use of a remote for any one who uses there Bluetooth feature. Tired of reaching for the phone to advance tracks or lower the volume. For the selfie stick users works wonders. I can't say enough about many new uses I find on a daily bases. I am a gadget person and it works with most Bluetooth-enabled devices to control camera and music functions from a distance. The compact design lets you connect to a variety of monopods and tripods. Battery operated not rechargeable.

I should have thought about purchasing this item. I know I can take pictures when I pair this item to my phone but I would prefer a selfie stick to talk pictures with.

I listen to music at work and I do so using my Samsung S7 paired with my JBL Extreme. I got tired of having to take my phone out of my pocket Every time I wanted to switch or pause the music, especially with gloves on. That's when I purchased my first Bluetooth remote from Amazon. I paid 20dollars for it and the remote worked pretty good until I had my smartphone, vivoactive hr, speaker and the paired at the same time. So I was back to square one. I just happened to stumble across this remote when I was looking on the best buy website. I thought for 5 dollars I'd give it a try. Well I can say this, that was 5 dollars well spent! Not only does it work, but my music no longer skips. Problem solved for five bucks! If only I'd have ordered this one first I would have saved myself time and money.

Nice little gadget, does good for taking pictures and for music once its paired, it doesn't seem to connect automatically the few times I have used it, just remember to turn it off when not in use, it will run the battery down.

I am unsure of what I was thinking when I purchased this bug after I did then I found out its something else I had to buy. It's kind of like like a selfie stick but with a tripod instead. Plus everything is sold separately. :(
