"De-stress" with this holiday movie

Viewed it on TV last Xmas. SInce UP TV made it, it is not easy to find. So snatch it up here. & it is a great price. A luxurious new hotel is slated to open soon. The new main characters arrive early for a business meeting. They become the only guests once a blizzard closes the roads. The staff pampers then with food & spa treatments. We would all like to be pampered like this. However, the package does not state if it is for region 1. Which is what my dvd player needs. So I need to do some research before playing this copy.
