This film is a fun action film for what it is. The entirety of the film takes place on a train broken into sections based on social class. Chris Evans does a fine job and there's a number of familiar faces. Good action sequences. Don't think too much and it'll be enjoyable.

Anything with Tilda Swinton, John Hurt, Kang-ho Song, AND Ed Harris as part of the cast is worth watching. It doesn't get by on just them, though. There's a fantastic story told and a great amount of special features, too. Could've done without the critic commentary, thought.

Based on a French graphic novel, this movie is an action packed story that should be a lot better the second time around, one that keeps you thinking. Chris Evans is really good. There's an animated prequel that sets up the world. It's alright, but if anyone's reading this, don't watch it. Just watch the movie. It's really great.

The was a climate gone sideways, post apocalyptic view of human survival in an autocratic plutocracy centered on a train. Good vs Bad with an intriguing grey area. A very modern view of Soilent Green does 1984. The ending wasn't quite what was expected. Worth a watch.

I can not say enough good things about this movie. It has everything you want in it action, gore, suspense you are actually rooting for them to make it to front of the train. Chris Evans is great but tilda Swinton stole the show she was great as usual. It just makes you think so much about it after the movie. Just watch it.

The movie itself is worth the purchase, but don't expect to be blown away by the extras. The second disc has the usual fare: making ofs, interviews, and such. Nothing stands out outside of a very interesting but somewhat flawed, film experience.

This is a great Sci-Fi movie, if you like this type of Genre. Chris Evans was excellent as the rest of the cast, including Korean & Japanese actors, I was entertained all the way through. Blu-ray looks great too with tons of features. Give it a try!

John Hurt and Chris Evans would warrant a purchase from me alone, but with a fascinating story that provides commentary on hierarchical societies with a very Orwellian feel to it makes this one of the more memorable movies I've seen in a while.

Snowpiercer is a movie about class warfare with the fighting classes stuck on a train. The execution of the entire production is great, from the acting and script to the action scenes. Do yourself a favor and buy the movie, you won’t regret it

I had heard about this movie, but it never played near me. When it came out on blu-ray I picked it up as a blind buy... This is a great movie! Lots of solid action, with a big concept and ideas. I've watched it twice already and look forward to showing it to my friends. Give it a chance! You won't be disappointed!

This isnt only a movie. This is a FILM. The films style is beautiful and pleasant to look at. The story speaks for itself. It's a fun action movie that's filled with metaphors and symbolism that can be traced back to our society today.

I had rented Snowpiercer on DVD and when I saw it on sale at Best Buy I had to have it. The movie is interesting and fun. I wanted to own a copy but on Blu Ray to enjoy at home on a bigger screen HDTV. I love my purchase.

An excellent piece of foreign science fiction. Along with tremendously efficient world building, the story has you pulled in from the very start, and is led by a fantastic performance led by Chris Evans. It's symbolism and ideas are masterfully presented and it's production design is applaud worthy.

Snowpiercer is one great sci-fi film. A post apocalyptic allegory on society, in the vain of other great classic films of the genre, like "1984", or "Rollerball". Great cast, headed by Captain America's Chris Evans. A must see!

Starts off slow but builds as the movie evolves into a VERY thoughtful and twisted view of our world as we know it. With moral dilemmas and New twist along the way it finishes with a huge turn that you most likely did not see coming. Chris Evans is awesome. Must see. I bought and love the story.

I love this movie, watched it 3 times now and while there are a few plot holes it doesn't matter. It's visceral, brutal storytelling will keep you on the edge of your seat. Looks great, sounds incredible, highly recommended.

Snowpiercer belongs to the elite breed of film that not only deserves, but demands a second viewing. Loaded with socio-political commentary, mind-bending visuals, and an intriguing plot, it's one of the greatest films to be overlooked by the general public. A must-have for any movie buff.

I've only watched the first half of the movie so far, but what I've seen is really good. Has the grimy look of The Matrix (and Neo's " The One") and the campiness of Hunger Games. Will update once I get to finish watching...

Don't even look up the premise. This movie is absolutely insane with amazing set design, world building, colorful characters, and an incredibly original story. And there are so many special features, you'd be hard pressed not to delve deep into the filmmakers mind after watching this movie.
