They transferred data from my old laptap to my new one. Also transferred data from my husbands computer to my old laptop. All went flawsfully.

The Geek Squad spent a good amount of time with me when I needed to transfer from my old iMac to my new!

The in store Geek Squad technicians were very courteous, patient and professional. All my data, software and settings transferred to my new Mac as they advertised. They told me what personal settings to double check, which was very helpful. They saved me a lot of money by transferring and updating the Microsoft Office software from my old computer.

Our geek squad person was super. He came in, installed our printer. Showed us some features and face sove pointers. It was a wonderful experience and he was very helpful.

They were awsome I brought my pc in to see if they could do a flash drive update on my bios and within minutes they was done and total of 25 mins I was in and out on my way home would recommend to any and everyone!

We bought a new computer and wanted the old computer's programs, apps, and files downloaded onto the new computer. The Geek Squad member was very helpful, a great resource. Asked all of the right questions, made us feel comfortable that he would be working on our computer. Told us when it would be complete and it was done ahead of schedule. The new computer works very well and everything that we needed was transferred.

My only complaint is when I bring a laptop in to have the information transferred to a new laptop, it is set up completely different. Is it set up to the technicians way of using the product? I would think it should be as close to the original laptop as possible, OR contact me to see if I want it set up as the technician use the products.

GS customer service technician (Ms. Faith) was very helpful in getting this installation completed successful .

Was having trouble with my new iPad. Made an appointment on line. Upon arrival I was helped at the time of my appointment. The gentleman listened about my problems. He worked on it for about an hour. Explained what je did and what I should do now. Very helpful and polite.

Installation of Microsoft, Norton and set up was efficient. Technician efficiently connected new computer to my printer.

Very quick and helpful.. I had my wild child 2 year old in tow and they were very accomodating. He gave me a quick run down of what I needed when I dropped off my laptop and then gave me a quick rundown of what services were done on my laptop When I came to pick it up. The best customer service and knowledge of all who work here. The Geek Squad took all my old stuff from my old computer and put it on the new one in a special file folder. I have a home based business and this was important to me. Then they took there time to show me how everything works. (I am not Tech Smart. so this really helped me understand) I came her as my brother in law who works for a technology company only uses Best Buy and our son who only uses Best buy. We are so glad we have as well
