The sound is great but after wearing them for a while they do start to get uncomfortble. That and the fact that they are not fully compatible to android devices was my only problem. Other than that the quality of the headphones are great

Well to start off, there are many headphones you can choose from but for a great price for some wonderful crsip clean sound,I definitley recomend these hands down

Purchased these for my 15 year old to replace a pair of Bose headsets. He is very happy with the sound quality and durability. Only has had them for about a month. He doesn't like the double plug for ear pieces but I actually think it is a rather cool concept since you may need to reduce noise to a single ear to remain aware of surroundings (adult thinking). He is overall very happy with the purchase.

Bought these for my son as a gift. We listened to 4 other handsets and then the sol republic, sol republic was the best for sound quality and price by far. My 13 yr old daughter was with us when We did the sound test and agreed the sol republic were best. Needless to say I had to buy 2 headsets that day. No problems with them yet and enjoy the look on my kids face as they enjoy them. Great buy!

I've had these for a short while now to replace my $20 Sony headphones that I primarily use to play video games or watch movies and don't want to disturb my wife. I told a buddy at work and he let me try his Bose over the ear noise reduction headphones which opened up my eyes to the world of higher end headphones and what I was missing. I did my usual online investigation and Sol Republic popped up a few times with good reviews. Next was my trip to Best Buy to experience them and I was amazed. I hooked my iPod to the display to play my tunes and these headphones crank. I sampled some of the other headphones just for comparison but there was always an issue. What sold me on these was the sound with really rich bass, the noise reduction, and the fact that the cables are detachable were a super plus. Headphones are infamous for the wires going bad over time and then the whole thing has to be replaced which is why I always bought the cheap headphones. The only negative thing for me is that I wear glasses and it gets uncomfortable for me. So, a quick fix for me is to raise the temple tips portion of my glasses above my ears and then I'm golden. My wife probably thought I was crazy for spending this much $$$ on a pair of headphones until I had her try the old pair and then the new. I would recommend trying them out at Best Buy while you have the chance.

The headphones were bought to replace a brand of headphones that died twice both in a month. So far with these headphones they have consistently produced sound that is decent for most music lovers. Plus it's great that you get a carrying pouch and can change the band and cups of the headphones if you want for cheaper than buying new set of headphones.

Teens like the fact that you can interchange the headband and wires. Sounds fine. I like the fact that if you damage the wires they can be easily replaced.

I purchased this product for my 11 year old rather than buying the more expensive Beats. The sound quality and comfort level are great and he wears them for hours while playing on his iPad and listening to music. He also likes the option of being able to change out the color of the head band.

Great pair of headphones for the price. These headphones are very durable and have great sound quality. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who isn't looking to spend too much for a quality pair of headphones.

We had bought our son a pair of headphones for a similar price and luckly we purchased the warranty because he went through three pairs in a year. The last time we decided to try the sol republic and they have been great. They are very durable with a great sound.

I have used these steadily for just over a month now and i do have to say these are great headphones. I was using the Dre Beats Solo's but once i listened to these i knew an upgrade was in order. First off they are light weight and the headband is practically indestructible. The sound quality, to me exceeds that of the Dre Beats. These have less bass and you can hear the mids and highs in the music better. They also work really well as far as blocking out noise. I use these everyday at work and i have to have someone tap my shoulder to even hear them at times. I would highly recommend these headphones to anyone.

I was looking for a pair of good earphones at a good price and i stumbled upon this pair. They caught my attention when i saw Michael Phelps using them in the Olympics so I did research and found out they cost half what Beats by Dr. Dre cost so I was skeptical but excited to see how they sounded. When i got them I set them up and started playing music it was just fantastic. They are the best pair of earphones ive had yet.

Second pair of these for my boys. Can interchange headbands for different looks but still have your own ear speakers so you don't have to worry about germs. Speakers sound great for using on desk alone also. Great price. Headbands are flexible so shouldn't break.

These headphones are my second set of headphones and they sound very good, but I feel like there are probably better headphones in the market, only more expensive. The only disadvantage is the comfort. it may be due to wearing glasses. It may be less of a problem if you wear thin glasses, but for thick glasses it's pretty discomforting after an hour. The headphones stick to your head very well and won't fall. If you're worried of how big or stupid they look, they actually look really cool on you no matter where you go; you'll look like you're listening to music rather than looking like a DJ or a helicopter pilot. The headphones are not big, nor small. The noise cancelling is pretty good, I tested them by asking someone if they can hear any of the music I'm listening to while wearing the headphones. I put the loudest volume my ears are able to stand, and the other person were still not able to hear what I was listening to. If you put them extremely loud, then the other person will barely be able to hear what you're listening to. I use these headphones mainly for listening to music on my computer and iPhone. I must say, I'm very happy with them.

I purchased a pair for my son last Christmas and then this summer I bought my husband a pair. They work great, very clear and he uses them with his phone to talk back and forth to people on a work conference call. Very comfortable!. Recommend this product

I work in a very loud shop and spent months looking for headphones that were comfortable enough to wear 8-12 hours a day but also had good sound quality. The sound quality of these headphones are amazing! Plus they are super comfortable and the foam around the ear pieces does a great job of blocking out background noise.

It's made to be bent, durable, and interchangable. Very perfect alternative to dr dre beats solo hd. Has two wires though for each ear muff versus 1 for the solo hd. Over the ear fitting slips off like solo hd but feels lighter. There are options on how to replace parts so you don't have to buy a whole new headset.
