Got these bad boys on sale for 50 buck couldn't be happier with the sound quality!! Sound is very comparable to beats, I paid 349 for my beats that are always needing batteries!! These are lighter, cheaper, no batteries and no worry that they will break my window to steal them!! Highly recommend over any other head phones!!!!

I bought these for the main reason that my headphones were busted by my backpack and I was wanting to upgrade anyway. When I went shopping for headphones I was looking for style, comfort, durability, sound quality, and making sure they didn't have a Beats logo on the side. Pros: These headphones are amazing. They are fully customizable from the headband, the speakers themselves, and the cord that plugs into them. The audio quality is amazing; the bass is deeper and the treble I can tell is amplified for better clarity in the music. The Sol Republic headphones are also very portable, sure they don't fold up or anything but they still are easy to take with you. Cons: Basically the only con is the padding on the headphones where they touch your ears. At first it is nice and fluffy but after about an hour of wearing them it can hurt like hell due to the pressure the headband is putting on your cartilage. This is easily remedied by adjusting the headphones but still it hurts. The other con I found is that the volume controls only work with iOS based devices which really sucks because I have only windows and Android devices so no independent volume control from the cord. Overall: Overall they are great and better than any other headphones on the market, my only qualm is the discomfort on the ear pads and the volume control. And yes I recommend Sol Republic to all of my friends.

These headphones are great if you know what to expect. I listen to all types of music while working and wanted something that sounded good no matter the music type. I also didn't want complete noise cancelling so I can hear people if the need something. These were exactly what I was looking for. Everything from jazz, country, drum and bass, and hip hop all sound good. Just enough bass not to drown everything out. They are a little tight against the ears so long periods of use could get uncomfortable. Also, they were built for iPhone use but apps can be downloaded if you want the controls to control your android phone. I mainly use on a computer with an extension cable since the cord can be a little short for my set up.

I've bought and tried many many headphones and none really satisfy me, either they sound too dull, no bass or they sound distorted at 3/4 volume. These surpass my expectations and make everything sound awesome, they are really comfortable and the head band is indestructible, you can take everything apart for better storage in laptop bags. You can even customize them at their website. Will Will NOT Be Silenced.

I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES, THE SOUND IS GREAT, THE DURIBILITY IS FANTASTIC, THE PRICE, WAS NOT BAD FOR THEM THEY SOUND SO GREAT, THEY SOUD LIKE A MORE EXPENSIVE PAIR WOULD SOUND, ONE PROBLEM I HAVE AND THIS I DON'T LIKE IS THEY DO HURT MY EARS AFTER A HALF AN HOUR OR SO, MY EARS HURT. BUT I LOVE THEM FOR THE SOUND AND THE DURABILITY.HAPPY I BOUGHT THEM THIS IS THE SECOND PAIR I HAVE HAD, FIRST PAIR I JUST WORE THEM, USED THEM TILL THEY JUST DID NOT WORK RIGHT AFTER A WHILE BUT I HAVE HAD THEM FEW YEARS, SO IS NOT LIKE THEY QUIT WHEN THEY WERE NEWER, I USE THEM ALL THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MUSIC , WATCH MOVIE AFTER MOVIE, SO THEY GET WELL USED. OTHER THEN HURTING MY EARS AFTER A WHILE, I STILL LOVE THEM.

Totally love these ear on headphones. The price was within the range of affordable and the quality is just as good as those that are too expensive to purchase. These have been great and love the ability to use on everything from iphone to laptop to car! Excellent also for my music class for college!

I purchased these on Thanksgiving at half off. The headphones were so good, my teenage son wanted them so I gave them up. Highs, mids, lows all distinguishable. Bass is really good. Definite must buy, again!

I will start by saying I didn't want to spend the money on Beats. I am very happy with these headphones. They are comfortable to wear and sound great. They block out enough noise on an airplane, but are not sound isolating. My kids are already trying to take them from me so I guess that makes them a good buy also.

Headphones were a great deal! They have very good bass for the price. Sounds like if you were in a movie theater. I love that it has a interchangeable band as well. Quality of sound much cleaner than beats and cheaper.

The sound quality of these headphones are good to me. It has the volume and the bass is a plus. However, they seem to smash the ear a bit and make them uncomfortable after a few. Its a negative to me that, they dont fold up and are not convenient for storing in purse. You can hear the music through the head phones.

I tried the other top brands and these soul headphones produced better sound quality , and at the price are a much better deal . I bought this pair for my wife , as I own a pair and I also bought a pair for my son , all three of us are very pleased .

Got these headphones as a gift and was impressed with the sound quality . Only downside for me was the short cord .

Quality sound, ample volume, durable , recording quality

My 14 year old daughter really loves these. The sound quality is better than more expensive brands. I was recommended them by a very helpful Best Buy employee who is a headset aficionado and has many different brands. I initially bought the lower level, and she could definitely tell the difference when we traded up and the HD was added in. I like the idea of these having components, as other headsets are garbage when the wire is loose or broken. I figured it was the best choice for her, as they would inevitably be left laying around. I bought them in spite of the remote unusable with non- Apple products, as the other brands did not have the components.

These head phones were a gift for my son and he loves them. The sound is clear and the bass he says is awesome and deep.
