Not sure what all the bad publicity was about. Yes... Harrison Ford will ALWAYS be the original Han Solo, but we ALL know he couldn't play young Han Solo! This movie was better than episodes 7 & 8 in my opinion! Excellent movie! Must have for your Star Wars collection!

I finally got around to seeing this movie. I'm not sure why it got bad reviews from the critics. Sure it is completely different from the other Star Wars movies, but I enjoyed it. I hope Disney doesn't completely abandon these movies of focusing on one character's story.

I have seen this film in theaters and multiple times on disc. The Blu-Ray version is crisp and it stands proudly in my collection of Star Wars films. Enfys Nest is one of my favorite characters and I secretly hope she will get a small film, animated preferably :-D.

I was a little hesitant at first to even want to watch this being that I did not really enjoy Rogue one but I was pleasantly surprised by the great acting and how well the characters work well with each other and just what a great story it was from beginning to end.

I saw this in theaters and I really liked it. The video quality is very good, there's just some dark moments but that's what they were going for. The bonus disc with special features is worth the price alone. I love buying my movies in Best Buy!

This move was so refreshing after seeing the 2nd installment in the 3rd trilogy. The makers of the movie did a great job taking us back with this prequel to the whole series. The acting was good and I enjoyed it as much as I did when i first saw it in the theater.

This movie suffered because there were some fanboys who hated "Lad Jedi" and so boycotted this film. Whether you liked "Last Jedi" or not, this movie is a lot of fun and one of the better Star Wars movies out there (better than any of the prequels and Rogue One).

Always anxious and waiting for a new Star Wars Movie. Solo: A Star Wars Story, was action packed and just as awesome as the rest of the Star Wars Collection! I was not let down for a moment. I have bought my whole collection at Best Buy in Eau Claire, WI.

Solo is a good action film and a nice entry in the Star Wars film series. It answers questions about the early life of beloved characters like Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Lando. Alden Ehrenreich is a fine Han Solo and Donald Glover does a outstanding job as Lando. The rest of the cast are also great and my only criticism is a weak villain. Now as for this Best Buy exclusive steel book I’ve seen better. While the inside looks great with the Falcons cockpit, the front is just an average picture of the Millennium Falcon. The other Solo covers are better and I would had prefer the back image of the main cast. Unless you are a big steel book or Star Wars collector, I do recommend the other regular or retailer exclusives releases.

I'm not sure why this wasn't rated as a better movie when in theaters. It's easily a better story line than the current 3 out. It's Han solo and lots of Wookies. C'mon what more can you ask for? This is the Star Wars movie to be a fan of.

While the story is a little weak, the Stars Wars setting makes a good background for the tale. I do wish that there was a little more thought that went into the characters' background, but the movie as a whole, the adventure and the visuals make it worth your time.

I love all the star wars movies. Solo a star wars story is also such a great movie. I had to buy it right when it came out. I wish I would've got it in 4 k though since I now have a 4k TV. Definitely would recommend it to everyone that loves star wars

This movie for this time line was well directed. The acting is sold for the new comer to play this role. the action scenes are top notch. While watching this film it made me feel i was watching an original star wars picture. thumbs up for me.

Don’t let the naysayers get you down! This is a great entry in the Star Wars movie universe, especially if you’re favorite characters are Han and Chewie. It’s a solid story with multiple twists, a few surprises, and a satisfying ending!

I was skeptical of Alden Ehrenreich playing a young solo as he looks nothing like a younger version of Harrison Ford. However the story kept you engaged and you find out how Han met Chewy. If your s Star Wars fan I would include this for your collection.

While Solo wasn’t a major hit while it was in the theaters, I believe it was more due to blockbuster burnout than the quality of the film. Overall, Solo is a fun film with a wonderful cast, lots of surprises, and several nods to various parts of the Star Wars canon.

I liked the movie. Got a tad boring in some areas. But still worth watching, especially if you are a Star Wars fan.

I know it’s the thing to hate on all the new Star Wars films that come out but, I liked this one. Gritty. Spacey Spaghetti westerny. Fun. Enjoyed seeing the story about Lando, the Millennium Falcon, and a young Han that we had only heard about in the original trilogy.

'Solo' is a fun and underrated movie. There are certain flaws but not enough to detract from my enjoyment of the film. All of the actors are perfectly cast and the visual style has a true Star Wars look to it. The 4k looks great on my Sony 65" LED

I had my doubts about any actor pulling off a young version of Harrison Ford's Hans Solo portrayal, but Ehrenreich did a stellar job. The inevitable romantic scripting was a bit forced, but all in all, Ron Howard did his usual great work pulling it all together.
