This set up is amazing in our back yard. The sound couldn't be better and it's easy to use the Sonos app to control. Installing this took time and some planning. DIG the hole for the bass tube first... I repeat, dig the hole first. I laid out all my speakers and started wiring everything. Then went to dig the hole for the bass and couldn't dig due to ground conditions. I had to redo the placements because of this and it cost me time and more money on materials.

This system delivers excellent sound! I purchased two sets, one for the pool and one as background speakers. The sub provides the perfect amount of lows, it gets plenty loud for our application. The Sonos amp does surprisingly well, and integrates via airplay with my Denon receiver and 2 juke audio devices. In total powering 40 speakers over 5 amplifiers. I may purchase a third one of these for outside!

GREAT addition to my outdoor landscaping with six speakers of surrounded the whole pool and with the built in subwoofer that buried in the yard it gets great sound which is directional and loud enough to enjoy the pool, but not so loud that the neighbors complain highly recommend it

So I wasn't sure if I'd like the outdoor speaker concept or not, but my husband really wanted them. First, the GeekSquad gang are amazing. Secondly, they did it so quickly I was amazed. The timing of landscaping and the speakers couldn't have been more perfect. When they finished setup and My husband played his first song, we were both blown away at its clarity, and BASE. That mushroom really pounds the base. You'll be happy if you get these.

System rocks!! Sound is great, covers the whole area around our pool. Inside the fence area is roughly 60x100 feet. No dead spot. Makes movie nights around the pool even better. Like others mentioned, grab the speaker wire as you will need it and if you can get a trenching machine, it will make your day a whole lot easier! If not, you will have a lot of digging in the future.

The speakers delivered exceptional sound and were installed by the Geek Squad. They found a way to hide the wiring where we had pavers installed (the majority of the area).

Installed this around our pool and paired with a beam connected to a TV. Music play back is great and contains the music to the space so as not to disturb the neighbors too much. Bass is surprising for such a small unit in a large space. Overall very satisfied and of course the Sonos system is seamless(I have Sonos in just about every room). Would highly recommend. Installation was also simple, bought some 14/4 outdoor rated speaker wire. Took me about 2 days as I had a very long run to the amp located in our media rack.

So, I wont bore you with all the specifications, installation recommendations and placement of speakers as Im not getting paid to post this review like some others have. It would be great to get this system for free just to type out an extremely long post, which is why I gave 4 stars, simply for the price. Excellent outdoor speaker system with great sound. Deep base and fully customizable sound through the Sonos app. If you have other Donos speakers you can connect to the amp creating surround sound or just adding more speakers to the already 6 satellites and 1 base module. Will take some time to route wiring and splice, would definitely recommend 4 conductor wire. And you get a Sonos amp included. Cant find those anywhere. A bit pricey but worth it.

Speakers sound great. Set up was easy. The subwoofer lacks a little bass I think but overall I’m happy with the set.

This is the best outdoor sound system. Do not hesitate to purchase this, you won't be disappointed. I placed these around my swimming pool area, about 2500 sq ft, and the sound is amazing. Used 14/4 outdoor wire and used the supplied connectors. I connected the sub first in the series, closest to the amp due to my area, but the directions say try to place it in the middle if you can. Very simple to install and setting up the Sonos amp took less than 5 minutes.

What an upgrade from my two outdoor speakers powered by a traditional tuner! This outdoor speaker set creates such clear sound and incredible bass at every volume that it's hard to accurately describe. Easy install for a DIY person, just take your time and make sure you do it right. Digging the trench for the wire placement was the most time consuming part of the install but so worth it in the end. I installed in early fall and so far so good through a pretty cold winter.

The best sounding backyard in our neighborhood. I have a few friends that have the same Sonance system and each time I would visit, the sound just blew my mind so I finally purchased the MAG Series 6.1. A breeze to setup and instructions were easy to follow. I had music playing within 2 hours after unboxing. I would highly recommend this if you spend a lot of time in your backyard/patio. It works seamlessly with all of our other Sonos products. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that I did not buy it sooner.

Installed this myself in a matter of just a few hours and... WOW. What an incredible sound system around my pool. Alternated left and right and put the SUB in a flowerbed. Sound is great at both low and high volume. It's great when company is over because we get great sound without it being overwhelming. My neighbor bought it 2 days after me when he heard it and his yard sounds fantastic as well.

Had this system for several months in my back yard patio. Neighbors close by to my house. I absolutely love this system. The sound is tremendous and you don’t have to play it so loud the neighbors would complain. Every day I listen to this system I love it even more. It also survived Hurricane Ian without any damage. Bought this on sale for $1700. Worth every dime!
