Great! Loved it and it is so light I forget I am wearing it.

The sound quality is amazing and unmatched with comparable products. However, pairing — which should be simple — is consistently a pain. Switching between devices is cumbersome at best. My iPad can never recognize them. The controls are not intuitive. Even the case — made out of some sort of felt — is flimsy and easily scuffed. At this price point, I found these frustrating and will be seeking to return/exchange them for the similar Apple or Beats product.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Sonos Ace. While I’m glad to hear you appreciated the sound quality, I deeply regret the frustration you’ve encountered with pairing, switching devices, and other aspects of the product. We strive to provide not only incredible sound but also a seamless user experience, and I’m sorry to hear that we fell short in this case.
Regarding the challenges you mentioned:
Pairing and Switching Devices:
Ensure that your Sonos Ace is updated to the latest firmware via the Sonos app. Updates often include improvements for connectivity and performance. For seamless switching between devices, try resetting the Bluetooth connection on the Ace by pressing and holding the pairing button until the LED blinks. Then reconnect your devices one at a time to establish a stable connection. If your iPad consistently struggles to recognize the device, restarting the iPad's Bluetooth or “forgetting” and re-pairing the Ace may help resolve the issue. Case Concerns:
I understand your concerns about the case material. While it’s designed for portability, we certainly appreciate your feedback. I completely understand your frustration and your decision to consider an exchange. However, if you’re open to giving the Ace another chance, our support team is here to guide you through troubleshooting or answer any questions to make the experience more intuitive and enjoyable.
Thank you again for your feedback—it’s vital to helping us improve both our products and your experience. If there’s anything else I can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Excellent product even though a bit expensive. But worth it.

The ear cups make your Ears hot can’t wear them for a long time or hot Texas weather. Sound amazing as expected from sonos but you can get that sound quality from other good brands headphones

Purchased these to replace a pair of list sennheiser OTE noise canceling that I had lost. Was told the sound was amazing and decided to try these Sonos. Buyer regret … first the case what a flimsy piece of garbage. It’s like cardboard and zipper sticks. Headset on an airplane which is why I purchased is so so, my absolute worst item though is I was able to connect both phs to my sennheisers at same time and could listen to music then take a call on the other. Can’t on these.

I have SONOS all throughout the house and am a big fan. I hoped the headphones would have been a slam dunk, but they aren't. I expected a big, rich sound but they fall a little short.

Your mileage may vary but the earcups were small for my ears causing it to be difficult for longer sessions. Went back to my Bose QC45 for comfort that I already had. In terms of sound, it wasn't as impressive as the other Sonos products where I usually know it sounds excellent without any tweaks. The sound felt a little hollow but I am also generally using my Sennheiser HD 600 with a DAC so my take may not be representative. Audio swap with the Arc soundbar is definitely a reason to grab this if you're interested because it also works when gaming on the PS5. Other than that, maybe wait for a price drop for better value.
Your experience with audio quality and comfort preferences are valuable considerations when choosing headphones. Thanks for sharing your insights!

Worked really well for me since I needed something that seamlessly pairs with arc for private listening in the night. Could only use extremely low volumes at night for arc so as to not wake up young kids
