The Sonos Ace delivers excellent audio quality when paired with the Sonos Arc Ultra — truly impressive sound. However, its performance and compatibility with the Apple ecosystem are quite poor. In hindsight, I should have gone with the AirPods Max instead.

The sound awesome out of the box. I am not an audiophile and I just want to listen to clear and punchy sound. This earphones deliver awesome sound and they are easy to use. They are comfortable.

Excellent sound quality, I can hear little nuances in the music that I never heard before. Very immersive noise cancellation. Very comfortable I almost forget I’m wearing them!

Incredible active noise cancellation, it's as if there is no one around you. A little bit warm on the ears once placed, but a great piece of technology. Had troubles with the initial setup by Sonos Aftersales Service was proactive and helpful to get it sorted.

I have the full SONOS ecosystem in two homes. The SONOS Ace headphones made the most sense. They sound great - as good if not better than my Sony XM1004. Will use them on planes going forward.

I bought these as an open package, but Sonos never fails so I wasn't worried. Absolute fantastic. Imagine all of the wonderful audio of the other components, but in a headphone.

The ear cup cushions are only 2.25 inches long vertically, and then past the cushion there's not much room for your ears either. Google says the average ear length is 2.5 inches, and mine are a little bigger at 2.75 inches. These headphones make my ears hurt with extended wear and I have to tuck my ear lobes inside the headphones. My girlfriend has Sony XM4 headphones which are a bit bigger and more comfortable for my ears. Why would Sonos make these so small? I've been excited waiting for these to come out for years and now I'm disappointed. Sonos really made me mad when I was setting these up too. I followed the instructions in the app to set up the audio swap feature and couldn't find the buttons to set it up. I kept searching and reading the instructions for about 30 minutes, only to eventually learn (from a stranger on a community forum) that the feature isn't available yet for Android. The instructions in the Android Sonos app pretend like the feature is ready when it's not, and Sonos doesn't have the decency to not waste people's time. It's disrespectful to waste half an hour of more of my time searching for something that doesn't exist. How hard is it to put a disclaimer in the app or the instructions that says "coming soon for Android"? That's literally all they had to say to not waste my time. I was really excited about these headphones and wanted to love them but I might have to return them because they're not comfortable.
It sounds frustrating that the Sonos Ace headphones didn't meet your expectations, especially in terms of comfort and the functionality issues with Android compatibility for features like audio swap. Your feedback about the ear cup size are much appreciated. Thank you for the review!

Finally I found the headphone I love, I tried so many headphones nothing like the Sonos I even use it for a long run it was perfect. I’m very happy costumer.

Have Sonos speakers and was looking to expand. Great sound, easy to use, and not as heavy as it looks. Only downside is it can be a bit much after an hour or so of use

Sold my AirPods Max and bought the Sonos Ace headphones. Sole reason is the availability of Lossless (only thru Sonos supplied cables). I live in Apple world. I'm guessing the Ace headphones would be a bigger hit if Bluetooth Lossless on IOS devices was available like they are for Android devices using the latest SnapDragon chip. Sucks they do not. Come on Sonos..... fix this. The Ace headphones don't let you down. If Bluetooth Lossless ever does become available on AirPod Max, I'm going back to them.

Im am more and more impressed with these headphones. Sound quality is awesome. Head tracking in my only criticism. It always the opposite on of where my phone is.
