I love my Sonos system that I've had for several years. I purchased 2 Era 100 SL speakers to add to my living room surround system. However, after trying unsuccessfully to add the pair to my system, I discovered that Sonos only allows 2 speakers at a time, and you cannot have all four speakers doing surround. I don't understand this but it is what it is.
As far as the sound quality goes; it sounds louder and crisper than my original speakers. They are also much more attractive looking than my originals. But because my original speakers still work fine, I returned the Era 100s.
