Also the music streaming gaps.I did all the steps and checked on line for any ways to get it to connect. I normally have my trusty Ultimate Ears speaker near and love them…

I use it with my Victrola Stream record player and it is flawless; also use it to stream Spotify. The charging dock is minimal and easy to use; just wish I’d gotten the green one!

However, the Wi-Fi is not that great. I had it in a spot where my phone got great coverage but the speaker kept cutting out. Because of this I had to return it.

I purchased the entire sonos sytem so I could use this speaker to listen to TV only in another room or outside while watching the tv on my deck with the glass doors closed . I think I finally corrected the issue without having to buy a new router .

It seems that Sonos wants to force you to use their horrible app instead of the native AirPlay built into most all streaming services. If you have an existing Sonos system and you want to add this to it, you’ll be fine. If you don’t have a Sonos system, then don’t buy this product

Great when it works, doesn't work most of the time

I can only connect to it maybe 25% of the time, most of the time it just won't play. There's no easy way to see the battery percentage. If it connects, the sound is great, but most of the time it's just a $500 brick.

Comparing this to the JBL boombox wifi 3, this is lackluster in base, and is probably around 75% as loud. I think it looks better in design, but still needs a redesign for the internals.
