We used it a lot. Downside was, for some reason you need to have the Sonos app installed. It is quite sturdy. It's fun to hold. It sounds nice in or around the car.

The Sonos Roam 2 is compact, easy to connect, portable and has BIG sound with incredible CLARITY! We will be piecing together the entire Sonos system as we are now Bose to Sonos converts! Trust us... and ENJOY!

The speaker itself is great, descent battery life and great Sonos sound. But I was unable to add this to my older system. It is not compatible with the Sonos S1 controller and my older speakers are not compatible with the new app.

Roam 2 fits the need nicely. Great sound for small speakers. Purchased 3rd party brackets to install on the back deck wall so it's easy to take in even though they are waterproof. A little pricey but caught them on Black Friday sale. Definitely would recommend.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once you have started the audio in this speaker there is nothing like in any other each music envelops you and returns you to your time an affinity and equalization super smooth bass that make your music a delight to your ear, I have been for a long time there are no comparisons from the smallest to the largest sonos horn they are a wonderful audio recommended
