This sound bar is amazing the sound quality is awesome loud crisp and beautiful for any situation. Music,movie, or just even watching tv. The features are great even the hidden USB slot. Perfect

When I bought my television, I thought finding a sound bar was a must. I purchased this and i have been very happy for the last year. I Think having a sound bar like this is a must for the modern day television and clearly there are sound bars that are better and not as good. This will not replace full surround sound, so if that is the goal, I would not purchase this. However if the goal is a clear, quality sound that can be loud, this sound bar will fit the bill. Lastly I have never regretted purchasing this and feel it was a good buy.

I think that it is a very good sound. Design is also good thin. I think I bought a good product.

The sound bar and woofer came well packaged and that was a good thing because it is a bit heavy and I had to lug it through the mall to my car. I got it home and easily hooked it to my Samsung LED TV with an optical cable. I didn't have enough HDMI connections of the TV so optical was the way to go. I plugged it in, went through the straight-forward set-up and was operational within minutes. The sound is excellent! I went shopping thinking I would get a Sonos sound bar because I liked the one my brother has, but when I heard the Sony, and saw the reasonable price, I went with the Sony. My son uses the system while gaming and he loves the rich sound it produces. Very nice!

I have a sony 900 series 4k HDR tv. This sound bar and sub-woofer works incredibly well. I added the surround speakers to this for total experience. The ability to set distances as well as individual volumes works very well. Great sound running my music library wireless from my tablet too.

I am using the Sony XBR65X930E with this soundbar and it sounds great. The unit comes with three HDMI ports (while many competitors don't even offer one), each equipped HDCP 2.2 and HDR support for 4K sources. One of the best soundbars I have ever used, clear vocal, crisp music and all. The bass can be not as deep as Bose 300 but it is OK and depends on your source, especially if you watch Netflix you may have to max out on volume for some movies. By all means this is a great package for its price and quality.

Can't beat the quality for the price. I upgraded from an few years older Sony soundbar. Sony has always made exceptional products. The new style soundbar is nice and easy to use. It connects bluetooth to my phone. The wireless subwoofer has been spot on with no cutting out. The only issue is there are exposed tweeters in the front, which are an attraction to small children. So suggest to mount this on the wall.

Sounds incredible, but it has to be the last device turned on or it doesn't connect to our TV.

When I first set this soundbar up I'm not going to lie it wasn't easy but after I got it up and going it turned out to be the perfect compliment to my set up in my bedroom.

Provides good sound for the price. Bass could be better but for the price it is good.

Easy to setup, good sound. I had issue with product after couple of months but Best buy helped me with repairs through Geek Squad (I didn't had to spend anything)

It's a Bose! You can't beat their sound quality. I love the way it sounds and the way it looks hanging underneath the TV. I absolutely recommend.

As an expensive sound bar it was an excellent choice for a bedroom. The sound is outstanding and very clear with the standard TV setting. My wife always complains about clarity of the center channel with our main sound system in the living room, which costs much more, but this one she likes. The connectivity is excellent. The subwoofer does not shake the walls but does a great job filling in the low's for a complete sound spectrum. Not worth the original $799, but run and buy this one when it goes on sale for around $400. It's a great system for a small room or master bedroom...you'll be impressed!

The sound is clear and loud. I think the price is a little high, but I'm satisfied with my purchase. In the reviews people mentioned a problem with sound cutting out. This thing is a mini computer. An update must have fixed any issues. I haven't had any problems. The wifi reaches far. I can connect while on the 3rd floor in the east wing. The sound bar is in the downstairs movies studio.

This system has some power with good sound ranges and bass. It did get really hot once with no sound. But think I checked cables and it’s been fine since.

Was very excited after reading reviews,set up was a little trial and error,as far as choosing which inputs to use,I have eight hdmi inputs to deal with some of which are going through a switch,but after figuring that all out and knowing what input is was going to want to listen to the sound is great.streaming music,blue ray,gaming,directv etc,all sound fantastic.would recommend

The sound quality is really good, the woofer is wireless so it can be hidden away nicely. Looses 1 star because they don't give a template for mounting on a wall, you have to eyeball it. My $50 black friday special sound bar came with template, makes mounting it 1000 times easier. For a sound bar with a $800 list price, they could have spent the $0.10 to include a simple paper template.

As a general rule I try to buy everything open box at Best Buy because electronics aren't worth the price. If you can get it on sale then go for it.

As a Baby Boomer and one-time audiophile-wannabe, this sound bar needed to be good and simple to please me. It finally achieved that thanks to a knowledgeable Geek Squad gent. Without a thorough manual reading, you will miss many shortcuts and tweaks to get the most out of this. Option 2 is a Geek Squad Pro. There are ways to simplify the listening experience and they're worth it.
