I bought this because our school needed a speaker to use on stage for a children's performance. I figured that I might be able to figure out a use for it afterwords at home. It worked great for the performance. It has very good bass, but yet crisp clear mid and high ranges. It was amazing on stage. We mixed a group of children singing live with a backing track and it sounded great and loud. I had it at home after the performance for a while and I decided to hook it up to our tv for fun. Wow! It's very close to a expensive surround sound system in quality. Very impressive and wonderful to listen to. Great recommendation from the Best Buy staff. Great quality from Sony!

I brought this party speaker system for my sister's birthday party because I could find a reasonably priced DJ. Let's just say I won't be needing another DJ anytime soon for any of my events.

I have lots of pool parties and have bought a few of the smaller Bluetooth speakers. I also bought a wireless outdoor speakers, but the sound was still lacking. I saw this Sony speaker at a store and it caught my eye. I read reviews looked for deals online and came back to Bestbuy for purchasing. The sound is great, good bass, highs and lows. I get compliments on it each time I use it. I am glad I picked this up and I want to pick up a second one just to have in the patio, it's not light so moving from the livingroom to the pool gets annoying. Plus I will hate it when it gets it's first big scratch on the casing.

System has plenty of power and the controls are pretty simple to use.

It so nice to be able to listen to all the iTunes saved on our laptops without having to be tethered by a wire plugged into the headphone jacks. Connecting via Bluetooth resolved the issue. Now we can also have an immersing sound experience when playing our favorite computer games. The built in tuner is a bonus and the included remote control is a nice convenience. The sound quality was surprisingly rich and full. This thing is loaded with features from the selectable lighting modes of the LEDs, mounted in the speakers, to the multiple EQ settings. This would be a great transportable party unit (AC power only, not battery operated). Its quite large, 36"+ wide, but the built in handle makes it easy to move around. It can be used horizontally or vertically, (if space is an issue) and there is even a setting to optimize the sound when use in the vertical position. The bottom line is that it sounds great and we love it.

This thing is totally awesome! My son saw it in the Best Buy store, paired it via Bluetooth with his iPhone, listened to it, & said: Dad I want this!! BB price matching made the deal even better. We already bought another used unit on Ebay! Totally awesome!!

This is a great for parties and for just easy listening. Plug and play and the lighting is awesome. Easy to use remote functions for when a distance away. Loud enough to hear from over 300 feet away.

I was having a birthday party for my wife at our house and I need a something that was good for party outside. The sale rep took me to this speakers first and I fell in love with it.

We love this speaker docking system, however originally ordered it thinking it was much smaller than it truly is. The picture is not proportional to the size of the iPod pictured. Great sound and cool lighting system.
