To ensure a stable connection, we recommend making sure the TV is within 25 feet of your router. You may also want to power cycle your network by unplugging your router from the power outlet for about two minutes before plugging it back in. For the most reliable experience, especially when streaming high-quality content, using a wired (Ethernet) connection is always a great option if your setup allows for it.
