Images are very sharp and it''s easy to get the blurry background that is so appealing (known as bokeh).

Extremely sharp image quality. Has been my go to portrait lens with the A6000.

Very small, light, quick and accurate autofocus and stabilization for hand held portraits using my a6000 and 6400.

I bought this for my wife who was complaining about distortion around the edges using the kit zoom lens. This lens takes beautiful pictures but you have to stand a ways back to get everything in the shot

The range of this lens was definitely something to get use to but it none the less helps you become better. It forces you to move around and put yourself in different positions in order to get the shot.

Lightweight prime lens great for portrait and landscape photography. The OSS optical steady shot feature allows great photos without needing to use a tripod.

I bought this lens for my Sony A6000 camera. I use it to take portrait pictures and I would say I am very much impressed with it.
