You won't find a better TV right now. This Sony Bravia 4k Ultra HD TV is so good, you will watch more movies than ever before. It upscales everything to be 4k resolution which means your DVD's that you haven't watched in years will look almost just as good as a Blue Ray Disc. Everything looks so crisp, Netflix, Youtube and Video Games look better than ever. The stimulated 3D also is just as good as any 3D i have seen. The TV comes with 4 glasses, you can also use your old real 3D glasses from the theater. Now the 4k material is starting to become available, so this is the perfect time to buy this TV. I don't regret getting this TV early. The best TV out there guys, the price won't matter once you have it. It will be your baby.

Very good deal on this 55" Store Display. I wanted to replace the TV in the bedroom and the opportunity was there to get another 4K display. Great picture with vivid colors. Great investment in 4k, the future of TV.

Did tons of research and thought hard about getting the top level Samsung for 1/2 the price but side by side, the picture on the 4k was so much better. Have had it 30 days now and love it. Even old, non-HD stuff looks really good, but that is where it gets some minor jitters. It is working so hard to upscale the resolution that it falters on the refresh rate. Very minor and you can change settings so it doesn't do that. Got a blue ray with it and watching any disc (bd, dvd) is better than the digital theater in town. Amazing picture and action flows super nice. Hockey is spectacular, can't wait for this fall for the season to start. Having the front facing speakers saves having to buy a sound bar or hooking it to a whole system. If you already have that, you may not like them. It is also quite deep compared to the non-4k screens, so hanging on a wall may be an issue. It is 70+ pounds, so you need a good stand for it. I built my own out of oak, so it doesn't move when someone walks through the room, but you will need a really solid stand for it. Everyone in the family says they are coming to my place to watch all the games, so be prepared to be the party place if you buy one.

I never thought I was going to use the 3-D feature however it is wonderful. The HD picture & 3-D are great. I am learning to use the other features and an on-line tutorial would have been nice, especially since my tutor (college daughter) will be returning to school soon however I will figure it out.. Also, it would be nice if I only had to use one remote controller.

Love the picture quality on the TV, almost looks like the news people are in your room! 3D movie was fun to watch. Have not tried to use the internet on the TV yet. Speakers on the TV make it easy to hear, but it is not like surround sound speakers would be. Best price around for this TV at Best Buy when I purchased.

This is the best TV out in the market right now. The picture is simply the best I've seen and I'm replacing an XBR8 which had the previous TriLuminous display. Even on a 55" screen, the 4K upscaling was noticeable. 3D performance is one of the best out there.

Very easy to set up right out of the box. The menu itself is very easy to navigate and makes sense the way it is set up. The picture itself is astounding. One can see the difference right away. Although it is pricey now the cost will undoubtedly come down soon. But, even at this price it is a sound investment in a technology that should be current for some time.

This is most certainly the next generation of TVs. Picture, sound (have it hooked via my receiver), and 3D are superior to all others on the market today.

I saw this tv in the store and decided to purchase even though 4k content isn't really available yet. Even delivery through the Sony media player is currently the only real option. I've only found a few 4k sources and most of those are very expensive to purchase and are typically delivered on full hard drives due to the size (think 400gig plus). Even so, up-conversion for 1080p content is outstanding and really an incredible viewing experience. I haven't even tried the 3D yet and may not. If you can afford the tv and want the best available, buy it.

This is not a cheap TV, so not something you should consider if you're looking for a bargain, but if you want top of-the-line quality, this is what you have to get. The picture is sharp even when you are sitting two feet from the screen. the sound is excellent, even without surround speakers, although a picture this good deserves a complementary sound system. I'm very happy I spent the extra money; it's well worth it.

The color is great. The sound is amazing. The 3D feature is really awesome. It is truly a very nice TV.

So far, and I have not fully exercised this TV, the 3D is remarkable, better than expected. Regular TV, from the 'big' broadcasters, has better skin tones and altogether nicer images than a 5 year old Sony that was top of the range back then. Because the viewer can, and should, sit closer to the TV, the viewing is much more immersive. The many internet choices, including quite a lot of 3D content, makes much more sense when it is easily presented, with its familiar remote control layout. The cable company here delivers internet at just over 15MBs, which is ample.

The unit was easy to set up with the help of a friend because of the size all else was easy. The guy's at Best Buy have been excellent with any areas of confusion on my part as to enabling the features of the unit.; This TV has lived up to every expectation I had. I was originally told it had the pivoting head mount which is a bit unstable but it has a fine base that is very stable. and well mounted. The sound is expectable but not exceptional. The price came down and Best Buy matched it without question which is nice.

Easy to set up and connect to the internet, but the main thing is the picture quality- 1080i input looks fantastic, and Blu-ray 1080p looks even better, with 1080/24p cinema setting, it looks better than being at the theater.

Awesome picture quality, wonderful extra features. One hang up is the av connection options.

This TV was a present for my husbsnd's bday. We absolutely love it. The 3D option makes a great experience when watching movies. The size and clarity when watching a sports game is fenominal. Best purchase and worth every penny. Bestbuy has great products and their staff are always exceptionally helpful. Thank you all (at the Sarasota,Fl store off University).

Still learning more about all of the features available. HD cable programs are extremely enhanced..colors, sounds, and clarity. Purchased sony blueray that thoroughly enhances regular DVD discs, also unit has 4k capabilities for future video streaming. Can't wait to hook up to Netflix and 4k video streaming. Will also be setting tv up tp Bose speaker system.

This Sony 4K TV has a fantastic viewing experience. Picture is sharp and I enjoy looking for small picture details that I have never seen before. Even non-HD display is great. Colors are true to life and have many hues that were not available before. I expect to have many years of viewing pleasure with this 4K TV. I rated the sound quality good because I usually listen though my Denon receiver, so I guess I am a bit biased about that.

Great tv, the picture is superb. The only downside is when watching mastered in 4k blu rays.. The tv has to go into cinema mode to actually play the content in 4k, and that's just to dark.. I'm used to watching tv in the standard or vivid setting.. That's not really a strike against the tv, bt rather the technology..
