East Colonial Orlando salesman Cameron gets 6 stars. All problem solving by Geek Squad was negative 1 star. Cameron solved all problems. Story moral: select salesperson based on knowledge and experience or waste a lot of time!

The Geek squad was very proficient with the installation discovered we were having trouble with our internet carrier which we have repaired and now we have excellent service

Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the salesman, but great recommendation and he was completely, above and beyond, knowledgeable and helpful! Best purchase ever!

The Sony XBR55-X850D is great! I bought this one to replace my last Sony because it was too big for the bedroom. Only thing I would recommend is an audio system as the thinner these tvs get, the worst the sound quality is.

This is a first rate TV. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that the internet connectivity through Googlecast (I think) is balky and confusing. Maybe I just don't use it enough. However, everything else is great.

The video is very good. the Best Buy associate showed me the differences between the Sony and the like competitors. The Sony won out. It does have an issue where it is slow to boot up and switch from one mode to another.

Picture is better, Bezzle is smaller therefore more screen and it fits in my entertainment system well. I was a little bumbed that some screws were missing and no user manual, but it was an opened item. Love the TV!!!

I went back and fourth between a 55" and 65" set and settled on the 55". It was an upgrade from a 46" 1080P Sony. So far I'm very happy with my choice on this television!

It had a great picture, but my wife could not figure out the smart tv program. So we took it back to Best Buy and returned it for a tv that we could figure out. No problem.

One of the best picture quality out on the market today. We truly love this tv and the bright colors and the 4K make you feel as if your sitting right there. Great buy!!

Would have given this 5 stars but speakers are not that great (truthfully though, none of them are) Picture is excellent. Color is so vibrant & clear it feels like you're in the picture, not watching it. Love it.

This tv met my standards and I libe Sony quality. I went back to exchange the 55" for the 65" and it wasn't available. So I bought the Samsung 8000 series 65". I love both tv's. You can't go wrong with either my friends

I went to the store to buy an LG after talking with rep at the store I left with this one, the price was great and the picture is nice. I'm completely satisfied.

So far so good. I am impressed with the way this tv handles the frame rates while playing first person shooter games as well just everyday Tv viewing is amazing.

After consideration and the help of a knowledgable sales associate I picked the Sony Bravia 55" UHD Television. Just in time for the Olympics. You should buy one too!

Love this TV! Only complaint would be that sometimes the smart function can be slow or needs to be restarted, but this is rare and not a big deal. Beautiful picture!!

I got this as an open box and have enjoyed it!! Only thing I would change is the volume controls. I have to turn it up to 85 to hear over my fans and dehumidifier. Other than that I enjoy using this product!!

Very pleased with the 55" Samsung LED 4K Flat screen. Great to mount on a wall due to the low profile of the unit. Smart TV is smarter tha most. 4K quality is great.

Best TV I have ever owned. will definitely be upgrading to whatever new version of the 850 is now

Love the picture. Set-up was a breeze. Sony customer service was allowed to log in and complete the interface with the ATT U-verse remote. Worked like a charm.
