Sony TV is a good product, but the package was missing two packages of four screws each that hold the TV screen to the stand, plus two associated brackets. I had to call Sony customer service and wait about 10 days for the parts to be delivered. Then, I only received 3 screws and the two brackets. Still waiting on the additional parts but I am using the TV with the parts as is. I feel Sony has handled my issue poorly because I shouldn't have to wait 10 days for missing parts that they left out and they have still have not fullfilled all the missing parts I needed.

The TV has great color. 55" doesn't seem to be too large and seems to be just the right size. I'm still getting used to it but everything is working well.

This is the Best TV I ever had, I would recommend this TV to anyone who is currently in market to get a TV!!!!

this tv is excellent I love it. It does so much smart tv connects to all my apps and content, Also I am contemplating switch cable providers to Direct TV.

Cannot be beat. I was advised by many folks, including the Magnolia and BB staff. This is the TV to beat in it's weight/cost class and beyond. Stoked.

Have purchased many Sony tvs over the years.was long overdue for an update to smart 4K technology,researched many,couldn't beat what Sony had to offer.

I read reviews on this and other sets and decided that this set best fit my needs for a small difference in cost. I am very satisfied with my choice.

I've been a Sony fan for many years and I am not disappointed with this purchase. Great resolution with thin bezels. It's the center piece of my Batcave!

I use my tv mostly for gaming and it's a visual treat. Love the clarity and vibrant colors. A true hdr tv which makes it great for gaming and videos.

My first "big screen" tv. The smart features are nice to have built in but the settings aren't obvious to a newbie like me. I would prefer to have a manual, rather than videos, to show me what to do.

Mom bought this tv because of the color vibrance and clarity. Also because she was tired of watching a small tv! Couldn't have been a better choice for her

The picture is so clear and sharp. A definite upgrade. Slim, easy to set up, and even though it's 55" it doesn't dominate the room. Great price, too.

First purchased the Samsung 8000 did not like the looks of the screen. Took back for Sony 850d. Ahh. Excellent! I wasn't disappointed. More natural.

Bought this as a gift and it looks so good I bought a bigger size Lot of complaint about light bleeding I had none on mine and none on the gift tv.

Had a lot of difficulty getting the sound bar set up with the tv. I called support, and an hour and a half later my phone ran out of battery, with no help. Finally had a techy friend figure it out.

Looked at Samsung and other brands but purchased this TV, glad I did. The picture is great. Best Buy employee was very helpful explaining television.

After fooling around with lesser TVs, we simply should have spent a few extra dollars and bought Sony first.

Great tv for Xbox one a, I use it for games & movies with HDR. It's far from perfect but I'm glad I chose this model.Best stand out of all brands, I have it mounted on wall now & it is SUPER thin.

We purchased a Sony Bravia again because the last one we bought is still working great 10 years later with never a problem. We are Sony believers!
