Purchased this TV to replace an over ten year old Dell. Very easy to install and set up. Great features and picture.

Easiest to set up with an Android device, but definitely plan an hour or more to set up all your stations, apps, etc. Worth the time for the gorgeous photo!

Recommended by store associate as best bang for the buck and I am extremely happy. Great picture very user friendly!

Clarity is excellent, colors are great. Good tv. It is easy to setup. Now I want a bigger one.

So far it's been very good TV! Even after this many days still pushing a wrong Up Down Left Right buttons. Inside & outside rings should be farther apart. Off and on HDMI input connection indicator doesn't show. Accessing ⚙️ isn't easy takes too many steps and too many steps to get out. Wish motion is bit better. Other than that it's been very good pictures and sounds. Even some old shows (BW & colors) 480, 720, 1080 are very good pictures. Watch for next update!

Pros: Nice Display, remote is ok. Plenty of connections Cons: doesn't seem to have adaptive sound. Loud commercials will really annoy you and you will find yourself turning up the volume for the quiet scenes. Just doesn't seem to have a middle ground. The android interface is not compatible with Google Home. Dont even try. Not a lot of useful apps available. Ended up attaching a Chromecast to the TV to allow Google Home to turn the TV on and off. It was expensive when we bought it. Price is more reasonable now.

I purchased this Hdtv for my gaing set up and 4k movies. Excellent colors and blacks.

Compare the specs of course but look at the vivid colors and sharp image that Sony provides. It's worth every penny.

Good buy if you're considering HDR tv for your PlayStation games and movies. Picture quality is crisp and clear, very easy to setup and android tv runs well.

I started doing some research on 4K TVs... and quickly learned there's a lot to consider when purchasing a new TV that's going to last for more than 2-3 years. To anyone in the market for a new 4K TV this 55" is "AMAZING". Make sure your cable box is set for at least 1080p and connect with an HDMI cable for a great picture. If you really want to see what you're paying for get a native (not streaming) 4K video player & some 4K movies and prepare to be blown away.

Have not watched much 4k content, but what I have watched from Netflix looks good. Played Avatar bluray, and that looked good. Especially like the headphone/stereo audio ouput. You can set the tv volume control to change this output level instead of the tv speaker level, which is great because I connected this output to my stereo - and I don't need to use my stereo remote. It also has digital and analog tuners, according to reviews (have not tried these yet).

The picture is really good. The television is easy to use. Anyone can look up any subject with the smart T.V.

Bought a 4K tv simply for using PS4 Pro and Xbox One S. The screen is very crisp and is ideal for the price.

I got this because I was looking for a 4K TV. The TV was a pain to get out of the box because I have read in other reviews that they see bleeding. This is caused by gripping the screen tight while moving it. The TV stand is low and my center speaker blocks the remote sensor to the TV. The speaker also come up and blocks a part of the screen. The menu is smooth with no lag or issues. The biggest downside is that there is nowhere to turn the TV off on the unit itself meaning you have to rely on the remote (the same one that I have trouble using because my speaker blocks the sensor).

Great picture, easy to use, overall happy with purchase! My parents ended up buying one after seeing ours :)

Set up was a breeze. Picture quality is great. Watching 1080p resolution seems to be looking like a 4k quality.

So far this TV has been a great purchase. My husband and I went to Best Buy with intentions of buying an older model and less expensive TV, but after seeing this model we decided on it. It has a great picture. Very easy to use the smart TV options. Sony is our favorite brand TV . Hope we have as much luck with this TV as we have had with other Sony's that we have purchased in the past. We bought this TV to replace a 55 inch Samsung that was only about 7 years old.

I decided to upgrade my living room tv. I went into my local BB with a particular Vizio tv in mind. Once there I spoke with a salesman who knew his tv's. He even place this tv and the vizio next to each other. He explained the diffence between the two and convinced me into making this wiser choice. I am extremely happy that I made this choice especially with it being football season now. This tv has definitely put me in the Sony bandwagon.

Had this tv for just over a month and so far so good. Easy set up and great picture quality for price range
